Day 334 of quarantine : I'm a Korean-American buddhist that has no business learning this language but here I am
haha I can weirdly relate to that
@@tiramisunsun you’re always welcome in Armenia, guys :)
@@luchvna that's so kind of you, thank you! I'd definitely like to visit one day, maybe when pandemia is over :) Have a good day!
These videos are posted so anyone from anywhere in the world that can access RUclips, can learn a language. Everyone is welcome to learn .
Romans 10:9, Colossians 2:6
I'm Armenian Bulgarian whose ancestors moved here to Bulgaria more than a hundred years ago. Earlier last year I got the chance to visit Armenia for the first time in my life. I did a lot of volunteering and traveling (a lot of hitchhiking too) around in the country. The kindness of the local people there is simply OUT of this planet! Never seen such kind people before. The nature and the food are absolutely incredible too! A must visit for every traveler and adventure-seeker.
🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲i am also native armenian.
Hello fellow Armenian Bulgarian. I'm from Asevovgrad.
Говорите ли арменски?? Много искам да науча този прекрасен език, но е доста трудно да намеря материали или пък хора, които да ми помогнат...

As American learning Armenian, when I tell people about this language, they have never heard of it and then I show them this video and they say it’s so beautiful and so different, which is why I wanted to learn it 😎

Thank you girl 🥹 shnorhakalut’yun, Armenians are beautiful people💙
Very thankful for this. Easy Languages has become a platform for exposing different languages and cultures to the world. Easy Languages lets people appreciate the different cultures around. Armenian seems very interesting with its unique writing system and phonetics. Kudos to the Easy Languages team!
It is best to use the Armenian alphabet. I don't understand why everyone tries to use the Latin alphabet? The Latin alphabet has few possibilities. So you have to designate one sound with three letters. And in the Armenian alphabet everything is strict: Each sound has its own letter
I wanna go to visit Yerevan
Greetings from Romania
Hi i am from azerbaijan
Very weird but beautiful pronunciation nothing I had heard before. I will visit Armenia one day for sure. Greetings from Greece

A very beautiful sounding language
I totally agree! :)
I agree even written it's beautiful
That's the first time I've heard Armenian, and jeez is that a cool sounding language. My great grandfather was Armenian, my grandfather used to travel to Armenia every autumn, and I would like to go to there one day as well🇦🇲❤️
Where are you from?
What’s your ethnicity?
Wow. The Armenian language sounds so different and beatiful. I definitely want to learn it!! Greetings from greece 🇬🇷

Si Rusia protege a Armenia, se mantendrá. Puede ser destruida por los Turcos. Pero ahora Rusia no le importa a Armenia
I was visiting Toledo, Spain, suddenly I heard a family speaking im an unknown beautiful language. I enquired and got to know its Armenian. So beautiful their pronunciation. Lots of love and respect for Armenia from Bangladesh
Now the fate of Armenia is in the hands of Russia
Armenians seem like very nice and kind people, the language is very interesting as well for me as a history and german teacher :) Greetings from Austria!
Thank you for nice words 😊 you're welcome to visit Armenia and experience our hospitality and nature 😊 we are a small country but we have a lot to offer :)
@@elizaa.367 Germans and Armenians share a genetic bond. Also can you teach me Armenian?
Armenian seems so different from other languages and so hard
OkThisllbeMyName maybe it seemd hard because just like Greek and Albanian, Armenian doesn't belong to any specific language group ( Slavic, Turkic, Semitic etc. ) it is a indoeuropean language that has developed itself independently. Armenian contains many loanwords though from Persian, Turkish, Russian (since was part of Soviet Union) and lately also English :) plus they have their own alphabet
Nitere where did you get that info from?
OkThisllbeMyName Armenian is a piece of cake compared to other languages Like chinese , georgian , mongoliam , finnish , estonian . Those languages are hard and in my opinion the best and hardest alphabets are chinese arabic and georgian. No offence just sayin

Oh my God i love it !!!!! Thanks for this , i was waiting a long time 🎆
I wanna be fluent in Armenian so bad
@S M and why not?
So, it's been a year. Have you learned any Armenian?
@S M They could leave such thought in their head though.
@S M If you are interested, I can tell you why at the age of 56 I wanted to learn Armenian (and I did so): because during my first visit I found the people so incredibly warmhearted, nice and helpful that it really hurt not being able to communicate. So the following year (after my self-study) when I returned for a visit, they and everyone I met were so happy and even thankful(!) that someone had "bothered" to learn Armenian just to be able to speak with them.
I'm half armenian once u know armenian it will be easy
Everybody is so sincerely loving this beautiful city. You can tell from their responses how much Yerevan means to its inhabitants. Yerevan is the definition of safety, freedom and authenticity!
I wish I could visit Armenia someday. A beautiful language spoken by beautiful people in a wonderful nation. Greetings from Mexico. Saludos desde México.👋

There are lots of Armenians (at least their names are Armenian) in the US. As the Turk below says, our ancestors were not always people we would like to emulate (that is certainly true here, also). This is an ancient language. One of the oldest.

Armenian although classified as indo european has lexical affinities with urartian hurrian parthian hittite and has a caucasian substratum. A truly ancient and unique tongue. For example to study parthian one needs to have good knowledge of classical armenian as it perserves the parthian tongue even more so than modern farsi language
Parthian and Hittite are indoeuropean though
Parthian and Hittite were indo european languagues.
And Persian(if that's what you mean from Farsi)is Southwestern Iranian,So not even the same family with Parthian, and Is decsended from Middle Persian not Parthian.
I loved this warm video. really loved it!
