Whoever is operating that loader should not be in it. To many tire rotations, dumps are too high, spinning tires, bouncing the machine. Very expensive operator.
@@fredold Learner for that machine or in general? Not trying to be rude, with anyone new to operating any piece of machinery, they should take a NCCER course. It will set them up right and put everyone in a good position.
Novice. Going way higher than need with the bucket, closer to the truck than needed and spinning tires when filling the bucket.

Lo mejor que existe es ser operador de cargador. Y para los que hemos tenido la oportunidad de operar uno de estos no existe nada mejor
