Yes depending on the time of year and how long you stay you can get a car inexpensively. Also depending on the size car you need. But I’ve rented a car there for 300 or so for two weeks.

This was just a “Lido” it’s a beach where you rent chairs and they have a restaurant, bathrooms and showers.
But there are hotels near by.
Is it easy to get an inexpensive car there? Albania they cost a song ...
