It was the 41000 12000 12000 club invitation only stat that got me🥶
As a Clevelander I am proud that LeBron was the one to win us a championship after 50+ years.
Dwyane said himself that he's watched Bron turn and ankle that would have him out 2 weeks and just tighten his shoe up. Out of all his physicals Lebron's strength is the most overlooked. He is built perfectly to take the knocks of the sport. He's huge and got the quick twitches, but his ligaments, tendons and overall frame just keep him ģoing. Not fair in anyway, but it doesn't say anywhere it has to be.
The greatest ability in team sports is availability
Because Wade like most dudes didn't do any really working out in the off season. Getting to that strength takes work. Most don't want to put it in.
Reminds me of Antoine Greizman, for football fans this guy might not be built like LeBron but holy shit his durability is beyond out of this world. When I heard of his injury this year I was legitimately shocked
As someone who's had his share of joint issues, people like LeBron and Greizman are just crazy. And the fact that they play sports as a full time job while my body gets fucked from a hobby? Insane
Is it unfair though? Aside from natural talent, Lebron also does every single thing to keep his body) including his ligaments) in tip top shape. No one currently in the league works as hard to keep their body together like Lebron.
The roids help. Just take physiological levels of it and the league doesn’t test for that.

Apologies for mixing sports, but watching this reminded me of a couple of the greatest hockey players ever. Gordie Howe was a top 5 scorer in the NHL for 20 consecutive seasons. Between Gordie Howe's first and last NHL games, Bobby Orr was born, made it into the NHL, played his whole career, and was elected into the hall of fame. It's absolutely insane. Gordie Howe's highest season point total in the NHL came when he was 40 years old.

That 25ppg stat just goes to show how Bron is a monster, but also what a beast at scoring Kareem was to still be ahead.

I’ll be 100% honest. I’m 39, and when Lebron came into the spotlight I was on that Darius Miles time and thought he was going to be all hype. I thought he was nothing more than a high school bully. Over the past 20 years I’ve been proven wrong time and time again and now can honestly call myself a fan. People often let his opinions on certain topics cloud their judgement and they refuse to admit they’re witnessing something truly special. Enjoy it while it lasts because we may never see anything like him again.
I'm sure we won't gonna hate to see him go
Respect. That’s what sports is about. I wasn’t a huge Kobe fan growing up because I thought he was too arrogant but I always respected his game and what he brought to the court. And when he retired I was super sad and was right there watching him play his last games because I knew it was my last chance to see that greatness he brought to the game. And when he died I cried like a damn baby. That’s why I love sports. That love hate relationship you can have with a player/franchise. Nothing like it.
This is what some people need to learn. Just because you don't like someone or even hate them, doesn't make them any less good at what they do. It is crazy because I remember his hype coming in and honestly I didn't think he'd live up to it. Yet he's more than surpassed everyone's draft day expectations of him. Even for 100 more years you can't say NBA without thinking of LeBron.
It's crazy because the hype around him in the draft was about how physically explosive he could be in the NBA. And the common understanding of guys who peak early physically, who's bread and butter is physicality. Is they burn bright, the trade with the devil, so to speak, with that is longevity. Especially the High flying guy's that are always dunking. They always seem to be betrayed by their knees early and lose a step. His longevity with the WAY he plays is insane to me. If you told someone early in his draft, he'd be 19 years in with no obvious decline in stats they'd say impossible watching him play. It defies all current understanding of the affects of the NBA on the body, joints, knees, spine, all current understanding of physical limitations.

This makes me curious about what a model would look like for players who went straight to the league compared by style/position…Not spending your absolute prime years body-wise in college ball. Establishing yourself early. The likes of KD and Kobe played/will play long as using those early 3/4 seasons not in college will help vs the backend 3/4 seasons where each year cost a lot more in terms of durability points. Duncan and curry both have very specific styles that are favorable to a longevity but even TD waned to your point. We’ll never know, but had Lebron spent time in collegiate ball, I’d wager that would have been an exponential headwind on his durability in the NBA. Another jam packed gem, much love
I agree college takes away from NBA years , but it’s only one year . I don’t see Lebron or KD career being any different.
I mean, there was a big buzz in the late 90’s to early 00’s of teams trying to do just that, and the only problem is that a LOT of those players were just busts. They weren’t ready mentally or physically, couldn’t handle the money, the fame, the stress. They lacked refined skill, a real teammate mentality, and had never seen competition to the level of the NBA, Lebron was an exception, not the rule, and its important to keep that in mind.
Jordan can absolutely say that. Even as a guard he was out-rebounding small forwards at times. Doesn't take anything away from Lebron, but MJ was at that level.
Yeah but LeBrons most physically powerful dominant year wasn’t till 2010
I see you. Trea young and luka very much feel like they could go on to be great for a long time. Trea was def player who could've stayed back a year and luka played his early years with professionals they both had those developmental years in the NBA

The quality/quantity is getting wild.
I actually get more excited to see a new “episode” on this channel than the majority of my Netflix.
He disappointed when he deleted his video about lebron doing roids
@@David-lf6rr 17.6 ppg on eh efficiency isn’t “one of the worst players in basketball” LMFAOOO
Best nba content youtuber ever. Goosebumps bro. Keep it up. It's addicting. Lol
This jimmy dude man. Every content is just amazing to watch. ♥️
Iconic iconic man who’s greatness will probably never be truly understood, on and off the court. Absolute legend and a pleasure to watch him my entire life
I will say I don’t think you could call Tim Duncan “bad” in his last season. He wasn’t giving you 20 and 10 a night anymore, but he was one of the most important pieces of a 67-win Spurs team that - statistically - was one of the best defenses ever. He led the league in defensive box plus-minus and was 2nd in defensive rating. He wasn’t playing like a superstar anymore, but I don’t think he was bad.
Tim was probably the most consistent player outside of bron and kareem tbh. Forever my favorite player
He needed to uplift LBJ in a pedestal so he needed to put down Timmy.
strawman. he was clearly pointing to individual production, which is objectively bad.
Jimmy could probably pay more attention to defence in some of these comparisons, I aggree
@@erikchristensen174 or the lack thereof.
Well, he just scored 46-8-7 😆
This is the greatest basketball video I’ll ever seen in my life. We are gonna miss the 🐐. The most complete athlete and player ever. What a video👍🏾🐐
No words for this masterpiece. Jimmy I can’t express the feeling I have right now after watching that. Perfection
I agree with what you're saying
I can't explain how I'm feeling, this video is beautiful, lebron's game is beautiful & his career is once in a generation. I'm crying over this like deadass, never stop giving the best their roses y'all
LeBron is gonna retire someday and its gonna make me cry.
Wtf
Wtf 💀
This might be my favorite video on RUclips. Its so well done
You just get crazier with every vid you make these better and better
this is an all time classic
“A Jack of all Trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”
Great quote
Another great content, Jimmy!!! Gotta love LeBron and his greatness... Must appreciate every NBA greats!
You're one of the best storytellers for basketball I've heard.
The way you visualized Lebron's longevity really put into perspective just how durable and great he is. He ain't called King James for nothing 👑👑
I won’t lie, I used to hate on lebron back in the day but now I just can’t help but root for him. Never seen a man put so much effort into something without burning out one little bit in my whole life. It really is inspiring to see.
I hope this man wins at least another ring before he retires.
Nice to see that you've changed
I am more of a Kobe fan but LeBron's prowess cannot be underestimated one bit 😀
Jim-as always outstanding-especially loved the last 45 seconds-brilliant!
Thank you for this. By now, I've come to admire him so much for his dedication, his consistency, and the sportsmanship he displays every night. He is by far (in my eyes) the best player ever to play the game of basketball. No ifs or buts. As much as I hate the Lakers losing so much this season, it's still a treat to watch him play. The same feeling I had when I wouldn't miss a single game by Jordan. It was always an experience.
I know father time will give him his due respect, I know he deserves it.
To Jimmy's point, Im 25 and I can barely run nor jump anymore lol
And this is coming from someone who dunked at the age of 15 and was a top national track and field runner back on HS.
A bot copied your comment word for word lmfao
The spamthots that copied your comment got more likes so I'm rallying behind you.

Ur brain is tiny
That part where he said "the 3 horsemen of I'mma play until my legs fall off " got me down to the ground praying for my ribs gasping for air
watching these videos is like watching a cinematic movie. Its perfect. I love how he makes all his points based off statistics and not opinions. Truly great ! Wonderful video broski
This made me kind of emotional I can’t lie, I don’t ever want to see him go!
Lmao I’m glad I’m not the only one, near the end of the video I’m here asking myself, why am I getting emotional and feeling all these goosebumps?? 😂
Boo hoo
@@LegendInThaMakin i swear lol
yo jimmy ur videos r the best basketball content
I hope to god Jimmy is happy with his life. Man produces content to the level that should put him as an ESPN exec.
This dude needs a TV show. I’m here for it!
That progression graph was so insane. Represents Bron’s greatness shined toward his longevity of consistency. When Durant’s career is over, I think he will be at least top 10 counting he at least gets MVP this season and possibly a championship
durant is great props to him you cant stop him but i dont think he will ever be a top 10 player the top 10 list is just too elite
@@zanstirn8553 KD is already top 10
This reminds me of the animation I made about LeBron's 2016 Finals appearance
KD is top 10 all time, he will pass jordan and kobe in points too
