Hey olivia. Just a suggestion with the sausage pasta, if you don't have enough heavy cream. Use what you have and top it off with your pasta water. It will naturally thicken the sauce with the startches from the pasta.
Mine is slightly broke and it makes me nervous to use it so I haven’t been using it but when I get a new one I’ll def want the recipe!! 👏🏻👏🏻 thank you!

I used to do the foil method too but now I use a folded paper towel and get the grease up that way! All the recipes look so good!
