Ave, drink a glass of milk every day or a supplement for Calcium. Less on sugary snacks. The baby you are carrying absorbs a lot of Calcium and other nutrients from your body. You will notice it when you encounter teeth problems or aching bones. Especially when you are going to breastfeed your baby. Take more vitamins, fruits, and veggies. Natural foods are better than supplement pills. Take care, and God bless you always, Martin, and the bundle of joy you are carrying.❤❤❤

Hi Ave, I hope you don't mind me giving some friendly advice that helped me during my pregnancy. Try to eat healthy as possible so the baby won't grow too big, because if it does you will need a Caesarean Section and that will leave a big scar. Also use Palmer's cocoa butter formula message lotion for stretch marks. Use it all the time night and day. I did and I have no stretch marks. That was so amazing and I get so many compliments.Also if your stomach gets itchy never scratch it. Just use the lotion. Ask your doctor for advice on this.❤

Ave, I hope you don't mind this advice, please watch your diet and try to eat healthy as possible. If you eat to much fatty food the baby will grow too big and you will have to have a cesarean section. Ask your doctor for Advice. And also don't forget to use Palmer's cocoa butter formula lotion all the time so you won't get stretch marks OK. Congrats!

To help prevent stretch marks, especially on the belly, hips, and breasts, try using a moisturizing cream, lotion, or oil with cocoa butter, or shea butter. I did get stretchmark's but it was not worse bcoz I bathe myself EVERYDAY with lotions and moisturizers. 😄

hi ave and martin, love to see your pregnancy journey since i’m having the same situation too. my advice for stretch mark try to use coconut oil or sweet almond oil moisturise is the key. im currently 8 months pregnant and i just got very few marks also consider my genes too but those oil help me. for breakouts i use very minimal vegan and natural products, ask your ob for this too. just don’t use retinol and rose hip oil stuff. i hope this will help you too momma. It's so nice seeing you Ave and Martin with this vlog. As always, waiting for any updates and interesting topics. Btw, you mentioned that you are starting to feel uncomfortable becoz of the itchiness issue. Baby is starting to grow his/her hair. Well, it's not that I am interferring but I have 3 children and all caesarian and I was advised by my grandmother when I had my 1st child, not to scratch my tummy with my fingers becoz I will have like a stretch mark thing in my tummy after I deliver and use a comb instead to scratch my tummy. Gently use it like you are combing your hair. She also advised me not to have long nails when pregnant becoz sometimes, while you are asleep you tend to scratch your tummy unintentionally too. Well, I am 66 yrs old now and never had stretch marks on my tummy, its clear and white like I never was pregnant. Well, every person is different from the other, it would also probably depend on our type of skin too. I just wanted to share my experience with you and what I have learned before from my grandmother. I hope and pray you will get thru all these and be blessed as always with a healthy pregnancy journey. I admire Martin too for being so supportive and thoughtful as always. Use a tawas powder, unscented its effective and available in any grocery store. Everyday after bath, just apply to your wet armpit and you will be okay 24 hours.

Ave, you have to apply more Rose oil or Coconut oil on your belly or any oil for pregnancy to avoid pregnancy stretch marks. You can also use the Pinoy crystal salt for your armpit. It's natural body deodorant. It's called "Tawas" I guess. Ask your friends. They know it or your Mom. Drink more fluids and eat a lot of fiber. Constipation is very common in pregnant and lactating mothers. The Colustrum you will have after giving birth is very important for the baby to drink it from your breast. It will make the baby's immune system stronger. Breastfeeding is healthier for baby and mom. Take care. Water to drink is your BFF...night and day.❤❤❤
