Perfect Bird & Trout Knife
I just ordered this blade last night (final purchase of the year) I hope it fills the roll I want. When I get mine, the first crackers I'm going after are Chicken in a Biscuit. I have an issue with them in that they don't taste like chicken or biscuits....... Great vid. Keep having fun.

How’s the thickness, behind the edge and blade? I’ve been wanting a new kiridashi or that type
This is a slicy knife. It's way thinner behind the blade than at the spine. The taper is pretty extreme.

Reminds me of my beloved Cold Steel Double Agent II. I like this one’s much thicker grip, but it sadly lacks index & pinky finger loops.

It's strictly a self defense poker and slicer, not a field knife or a knife to cut boxes all day, thats why we have box cutters...in my humble opinion.

Nice knife. On the catonage slicing action you see that the belly is slipping out of the cut. Wharncliffe would be more aggressive because of the straight edge. Otherwise nice slim piece.
