Also although it's small compared to major cities, it's hard to say a city of 140,000 is the country when you have loads of actual country towns with like 3,000 people.

I drive trucks and I live in South Carolina. I go to Savannah frequently. Savannah is like Charleston. You got some gutta areas but you also got areas like the Isle of Palms where everyone on the block is a millionaire. Don’t be mislead. It’s poor folks in Savannah and it’s obscenely wealthy ppl also. I can tell you this Ppl in California are more impoverished than anywhere in the South east. The only cities in Cali you won’t drive around and see homeless folks like that is Sandiego and San Francisco and that’s because most of the homeless folks from diego are now in L.A county and folks from Frisco have been forced across the bridge to Oakland. When you drive around the southeast you don’t see legions of homeless ppl and garbage everywhere. I been around the U.S enough times in my semi to know where ppl are in poverty at and where they aren’t.

St Patty's use to be exactly like Mardi Gras, but they don't have throws anymore like Mardi Gras.. I know this 1st hand. My mom is from Savannah and my Dad from Metairie, La. Savannah Is country compared to Atlanta and especially compared to a state like New York or California. I’m from California and moved to Georgia but all of Georgia is country to me. The South is just underdeveloped compared to California, New York, and other states up North and out West. Maybe Texas and Florida are the only Southern States that aren’t so country.
