Albany, New York: the Effects of Divestment

The Albany Riverfront Collaborative interviews Benita Law-Diao, a management fellow with the New York State Department of Health. Benita shares here love of the city, and voices her frustration at the divestment that seems to define Albany in many ways. 787 prevents the community from truly appreciating the Hudson River, and Benita is one of many citizens who wants to change the dissatisfactory status quo.
