I watched this video because this summer, I was on a multi-trip road trip and needed to drive from Albany to Montpelier VT before the sun set. As I was driving past Troy, there was a traffic jam on the bridge over the Hudson, so I had plenty of time to look at the city from the bridge. It looked so beautiful; I didn't even know it existed and wanted to exit and explore the city but I just didn't have time. So I watched this video. I must say, the looks much better in the summer-- a large town on the river surrounded by green green green green...

Put 787 underground between the two bridges and open up access to the river for Albany. leaving the road there and adding crossways for pedestrians still leaves little land for river front development.

Bad idea. No need to eliminate I-787.

All of life in fresno has moved to river park. A thriving area of stores .. regal movie theatre's .. etc. now! We have a metal sculpture.. a Gogan. Worth sixty million. Out there in the street corner downtown. Fresno is racists. But they dont make you suffer because of it. Its a safe city to live in.
