What's wrong with the owners?? They allow the builders to fill the sewers this way causing so many problems. Feeling bad for you guys to have to deal with this….Be safe, be happy, it will always get better…..
they just dont care. i think the home owners dont have to pay the bill or they are rich and dont care to pay for it..

То что строители забили цементом канализацию владельцев не касается они уже оплатили и услуги строителей и взносы за канализацию. По сути организация где работают ребята должна выдвинуть претензию строителям, но это Пакистан...
In reality, wealthy people here have their houses built by contractors, and the owners are not present on site themselves. If the contractor is of good quality, they will do every task neatly and properly. Otherwise, you can see the work done by the wrong contractor.
So sad that they would leave a mess like that in the manhole for someone else has to take hours to clean it should contact the builder and fine them and make them come and help the next time they leave it like that even if they make them sit and watch so they don't make any money either!

The saw was with us at the time, and we thought the pipe wasn't extended enough to be cut. In reality, the manhole was very narrow.
