    Someone said you should place it in the front 02 sensor wait half hour put back 02 sensor then fire it up

      "over rev" is a hilarious term, he's revving it at about 2500 rpm and that V6 revs to 7 or 8K. You drive a diesel? And yah of course it adds more gunk to the cat, but it takes a lot to actually destroy one
