Not sure. Never tried. You can use a fast set epoxy.

I think I glued together and stacked the dollar tree tumbling tower blocks. A dollars tree bowl works really well.

i didnt hear you say anything about sanding the board?? So was it necessary so that the epoxy has something to grab onto?

I spray painted the board and applied the epoxy over the paint. I did not sand the board before I spray painted it and had no issues. But to air on the side of caution, if you want to rough up the surface before you spray paint it, that is fine.
