In our second look behind the scenes we’re up in our Force Control Centre, at our HQ in Winsford.
The team work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and receive approx. half a million emergency and non emergency calls a year (and much more besides) and they're often the first contact many will ever have with the police.
Ebany and Josh walk you through the team, their crucial roles and how no call is like the next.
