You know it was one thing when we got 500+ yards in 2013 in the SEC championship game, but I never thought we would get another performance like that without a true dual threat QB. Don't get me wrong, I knew all season Sean White was our guy, I just didn't think our rushing offense would break records. This game was truly unexpected in how it turned out. If we can continue to average that kind of rushing yardage with a passing QB we can beat anybody the rest of this season.
Agreed. But Sean is just enough of a threat to keep them honest at times. Both the long run and the walk-in TD show that he can run it if needed, as long as he has some space.
Rhette Lashley had some killer plays and Kam Pettway and Stanton Truitt was sumn serious. Sean White and Franklin out of the read option wins us more games.
Yeah. Sean White getting hurt against Ole Miss really killed the momentum. Then Bubba hurt his hamstring against Vanderbilt and the season was pretty much over. Probably would’ve beaten Georgia had those two injuries not happened. Not sure we would’ve beaten Alabama in Tuscaloosa, but it would’ve been a much closer game
