    Neelam ji explains the yogic exercises in the best possible manner with complete details and technique. I have seen many of her videos. I myself is a certified yoga practitioner and have been doing Yoga for the last 40 years. After having seen many Yoga teachers both online and offline, I can surely say that she deserves to be declared the best yoga teacher in India.

    Thanks a ton Dear Neelam for this effective excercise, knew about Ashwini Mudra & Mool bandh and had heard about the keegel excercise but the way you explained the history of keegel is much appreciated... After a certain age , while coughing and sneezing a little urine get passed which is very uncomfortable but this excercise helps in curing and reversing the problem... Thanks once again dear one for guiding so many of us out their to live a healthy lifestyle by following yogic exercises... God Bless... 💞💞🙂
