SUMMER SEASON and the JACKSON HOLE TRAM | Ride the Gondola and Explore in 4K

During the summer months, an easy way to explore the top (nearly) of the Tetons is to ride the Jackson Hole Tram in Teton Village. The Tram is open for the summer from about Mid-May to early October every year and takes only 12 minutes to transport guests up 4,139 vertical feet. At the top are the most incredible views of the Jackson Hole valley and beyond. There is also hiking, all at an altitude of more than 10,000 feet. While at the top don't forget to have a world famous Top of the World Waffle at Corbet's Cabin.
The tram runs every 15 minutes and gives you access to the Badger and Sweetwater gondolas too. Enjoy the ride and don’t forget the last tram down departs at 5:30pm. Of course, the gondola also operates during the ski season!

Indeed it is! This video is for summer travel only, but your question is a good one! The Tram/Gondola is open for the ski season to take skiers to the top.
