You are so right - and I never really thought of it like that. The North Cascades is one of the few National Parks not overrun with tourists. It's a little slice of heaven. Love the UK (was there in April and heading back in December).

Banff is awesome...Calgary of course, is a Scottish name (love Scotland). Hot springs are still there and popular and so too the Christmas shop (which appears in my next big Banff video in a few weeks).

I think Makawao would be an incredible place to live. I love the area, the views, the peace. Amazing.

@@traveleaz I lived on the top of a hill in a subdivision called Makawao ranch acres. Just down from the municipal park. It was an amazing place to live. I used to love to climb higher up in our neighborhood. It was kind of slanted so I could go up a little higher on the elevation, and I could sit in a little grove of trees and just listen to the wind.

Boy, I don't know but I would check out the Mall's website or give them a call.

Thanks again! Great question and the answer is, YES. I drove through Valemount from Kamloops this trip (and then through Golden on the way back). I've traveled through Golden/Kamloops many dozens of times. And actually, I'll have a video from the road trip (Kamloops/Valemount and the whole park etc.) coming later - probably not for a few months, but it's planned! I do love Radium, even though I did not go there this time.

A good diving location is Garrapata State Beach and Pfeiffer Beach is a popular spot for swimming in Big Sur. The temperature (according to seatemperature.re) is high 50s in the summer. I haven't tried swimming there for years but the last time I did (ages ago) I found it VERY cold!

To be honest, I'm probably the wrong person to ask. I have taken the C Train from the Stampede grounds to the far northwest during Stampede and it was very safe. No problems or concerns. I cannot speak for other areas of the city, however. It's far safer than most (all) cities of similar size in the States (I live in the States).

Well, I appreciate all comments. Even rude ones! You know, you have a few options if my voice is annoying to you. You can turn on captions (and turn down the volume), turn the video off as soon as you as I annoy you, don’t watch the video or go make your own video. On a more serious note it was nice that you watched a significant portion of the video and took enough time out of your day to comment. Watching and commenting helps the channel according to RUclips and that’s why I appreciate your not-so-kind comment. I hope you get to go to the park and that your visit is pleasant and not … annoying.

Um, I think you can use the 4th grade pass to get into Grand Canyon. According to the NPS, "The voucher or pass grants free entry for fourth graders, all children under 16 in the group and up to three accompanying adults." Thanks!

Thanks for the comment. I honestly was not aware I made a comment on water, but then again it was some time ago I made this video. When I say "unserviced," I am referring to the Banff Park website and their use of the word, "unserviced." I took it to mean no electricity (not, no water).

I think this is the best time! The aspen trees are still on fire (meaning the colors are awesome) and it is far less crowded. There could be some snow on the Tetons too. The weather is cooler but just bring a warm jacket.
