I was just thinking this. The enterprise software space is totally flooded with companies who all pretty well do the same thing, eventually they all just start to share a smaller and smaller piece of the same pie. Hopefully this lights a fire under them to start actually innovating and getting better or having competitive advantages because tbh Salesforce to me just looks like a whale who’s gotten bloated being too comfortable with eating up smaller fish instead of making its own food.
