You got the stupid stuff right, now you just have to do the "beating" part.
That's the hard part
This series was supposed too prove that one can win with very bad strategies at a high level simply with superior mechanics, but I think it proved the opposite. He almost never wins.

He has to ladder on it outside of this segment too because he only does about three games per week of this segment which is not enough to get grandmaster or stay in it; there are activity requirements.
I've never actually played sc2 but I own a bakery. I think when you go vs clem, you should feed him a cake. That way he is all sluggish and if you still lose... you eat a cake too. I mean, it couldn't hurt.
If you use a cheesecake, you have to be careful of the sugar rush at the start of the game, though.

But I still like my idea more though I played starcraft two before
Go steal/make a quantom computer. Then have it run through billions of simulations to find the best possable approach for possable every scenario

This works even better in 2v2 when they have a teamate zerg.
Unfortunately if they’re Protoss they’ll recall the worker to save the embarrassment. It should be an unwritten rule that if Zerg makes buildings early in the game to wall in the worker, no recalls lol

I really think you should try to get out a few Disruptors in that situation.
They are cheap, no big commitment, don't require upgrades and are useful in low numbers against protoss.
Or imagine a fungal/disruptor combo.

Could you use the vipers to grab SCVs/probes so that you don't have to use so much infestor energy to move them to the safe space?
That would alert the enemy though. Although, I think it would be a good stupid stuff idea: Rush viper!
Even harder to control your other units. Unless you don't have any attacking units on the path.
That and tearn buildings would not finish building
Unless maybe one could " repair " it with a drone .
But so bumb it dont give extra supply cap for additional race . 26 be nice .

it dawned on me once again how ridiculously powerful mind control was in Bw when I saw how quickly the tides turned again as soon as the infestors casting neural started dying off

Kevin, the fun is in the journey, and this was a WONDERFUL journey! I remember doing this as protoss in SC1 with the DA.. it is SO much harder to get away with in SC2 as zerg AND you don't get to have 3 separate supplies like you did in SC1 :(

I remember forgetting where my drone went, and a little while later my friend builds a nydus canal in my base.
I would love to see another video of Reynor coaching you on Zerg. Or you should coach (make him do a stupid strategy) him on a guest episode of BGMWSS. Can he complete the challenges you couldn't? ;)

Can we see both probes and Drones collecting ressources together on one base as well as mixing extractors
its possible but whats not possible is to load probe/scv in overlord or nydus...

ahhhh... that nostalgia... in broodwar that was so much easier (because the mind control was permanent) and then you could build 600 supply (all races get separate counter, but you see only the original one)

I really really want to see more. Would love to see once where the goal is to build a full base down in your pocket base with full probe saturation, a mothership and a good chunk of infrastructure so u could use the zerg eco but would have maybe 10 gateways to power and u could do big zealot+zergly run bys and stuff. Or just like try to build some sort of goofy comp. Like immortal ravenger investor with charglots or something. Basically the idea is u still have zerg eco but you just have access to protoss units as well and have more flexibility that way to counter stuff.

Why simply Nydus when you can Neural Parasite a worker, go through an entire extra build tree, get a Mothership into their base, and use Recall on an army that beats theirs?

In game 2, you can actually assume it's hellbat allin if they open viking (it's not guaranteed, but VERY likely), also you can delay spores until 4:45-5:00, you don't need spores that early if they make viking first

Ha, good! When I was young, Mind Control was Protoss technology, but the other race had their own new population counter. 400 pop limit total? Np.
But now: Can Protoss have two Motherships? No, but Zergs can :)

Once you build your own other race, you can
-if terran stolen: use medivacs to heal your army and drop
-if protoss stolen: use recall, transfuse to bio (so just zealots) and chrono zerg research.
If you are in a match against more than one person, and you get access to both, you can use scvs to repair protoss units, or do medivac zealot drops.
I... I've experimented with this a lot.

I remember doing this in SC1 with the dark archons. Only ever in LAN games, was never good enough at 1 to play very competitively.
I used to love doing this in Wc3 with undead haha. Take a banshee to the orc's base, steal a worker and massing shamans and witch doctors

The once upon a time dark archon mind control SCV/Drone used to give you 200 more supply of the other race. Much fun.
I scratched my head for 20 min how he was gunna get a mother ship playing against Terran.
That first game hurt real bad hahaha

this strategy could work if it is like in SC1: each race had different kind of supply, so if you took drone with dark archon and build zerg base - you could double up the total supply limit.
Next idea for Beating Grandmaster With Stupid Stuff: Mass nydus worms!! With the challenge of seeing how many nydus you can drop in a single game!
I figured out the balance at the highest level
terran - best units, easy expand, easiest turtle defense
zerg - better at expanding than terran, worse units but can win on superior eco and adaptability (i.e. build 15 corruptors at once)
protoss - worst at expanding, loses to zerg with superior eco advantage, losing to terran's superior eco/units does ok surviving early game with batteries
strategy guide based on this
terran - build basic units and destroy (M units), or mid units (add tanks/vikings) or high tier units and destroy (BC/ghost) can throw in a raven if you want to win harder.
zerg - expand as fast as possible, lots of queens to survive expansion period, scout well and keep larva available. harass not recommended.
protoss - harass early game like your life depends on it
Seeing a mothership as a Zerg is a win... omg hysterical

I have seen people use a couple vipers, to get the abduction on ScV or prob, lowko did it in a 2v2 to a Terran. Solid stuff though, It seems easier than the mothership with ground army for protoss. I see possibility if you go air toss and get the attack upgrades. Maybe turtle behind lurkers to give yourself time for upgrades?

I feel like Catz did this one way back in the day. I don't think he was GM, but pretty sure he used the investor conveyor belt to get carriers. Definitely hard to pull off at this level of competition.
Great attempts, I can't imagine doing this against Terran. If you do try again maybe just stick to Protoss, even building a Barracks seems near impossible.
Maybe you can use a Viper to yoink a Probe out of the mineral line for cannoned up bases and then neural afterwards?

It seems like Protoss is far more desirable as an opponent for this because you only need to neural the worker long enough for it to travel to the spot where you make your Nexus. It could be tricky to juggle an SCV away from the CC so the enemy doesn't see it and re-neural every time without your opponent noticing something is off. PLEASE attempt this again!! Even in low-level play neural race swapping is one of my favorite things to watch, but to see it in a high level game is something completely different.

I have an idea that would probably be very stupid but I wonder if a chrono charge power plant is worth playing, basically getting mass nexuses to have a billion chronic boosts might be pretty fun.
You can't help but build pylons tho. It's a toss reflex.
Fungal is great with any area of effect attack storm discoballs colosus. Or you make zealots to compliment the cracklings. You can warp those in at the front line. But being behind in upgrades sucks, chronoboosting zerg upgrades is fun.
It is probably better to expand with a Nexus than a hatchery as they are more beefy.

I don't think the Terran version would have worked. You would have had to keep neural parasiting the SCV while it builds the command center, meanwhile with protoss you can just build and run away.
