- Throwback Thursday Halloween Edition! Check out this Brown Snake I found a few years ago. These snakes are responsible for more human deaths than any other snake in Australia. Scary Stuff! While they may be deadly, they're beautiful creatures.
I was always a Steve Irwin fan, but this guy has a special calmness and Grace when it comes to animals. However, he is equally as crazy.
No one can ever replace Steve Irwin in my heart but this mate here has found a place beside him. Thank you guys for all the great footage you post and I look forward to the next. Stay safe in the land down under mate
So true, i was thinking that aswell, no one can replace Steve Irwin, and Matt is so different and himself, but he has that magnetic enthusiasm, and NATURAL (not forced, o.t.t or fake) love and relationship with animals, that Steve had in buckets aswell, it makes them stand out and gets your respect instantly when you watch them interact with the world.
Steve wasnt that great. He would put on a show just for the camera and make snakes strike too. He was exposed doing this by his cameraman before his death. So dont need to make him better than he was. He did have a great heart though.
I agree This guy is way smarter in the Bush then Irwin
@@somedumbozzie1539 If only he was wearing sunscreen. Very effective protection against harmful rays!
Geez, I think that snake was in Matt’s beer fridge, never seen a more docile “ naughty brown”. Nearly asleep on the broom handle. Lmao
I had an encounter with a particularly large brown snake at camp once myself. But I wiped up, flushed, washed my hands and left a window open and everything was fine after a few hours.
Bahahahahahaha
😂😂😂
Still laughing about this one too 😂
Snake probably left because of the smell.....😅
That snake was way too relaxed for an EB. I think it spent 30 min in an esky before you 'found' it. :P
lol yeah
Yea mate. literally seen these fellas rip them selves apart to get away from catchment
So how did they get it in the esky?
@@Turbocorksta his energy was calm. If you are calm they are calm. Watch my King cobra vids.
Hey Matt your doing a great job stay positive and you and your family will get through this cheers
They are deadly but not aggressive. However an old fella travelling in NT was killed a couple of weeks ago. Matt, if you know it, demonstrate PIT (pressure immobilization technique) to your viewers. Cheers
Matt: this type of snake is responsible for more deaths than any other.
Snake: i didn't do nothing.
Snake should go to school. "I didn't do anything".
@@dalelc43 you didn't get the joke
Compare that snake capture with pretty much any other TV snake show ,no dancing around no fuss nice and quiet easy in the bag without any specialized tools, really well done Matt
The more Matt spoke, the more the kid face changed.
A beautiful snake always love seeing them in the Bush I keep my distance give them space and leave them alone and you’ll be fine 👍👍
Really enjoyed the calm respectful treatment of the animal. 🕊️
It’s very quiet and docile. Well done boys, well handled!
Brown snakes give me brown undies !!!
The calmer you are the calmer the snakes are. Control the frame thru calm vibes. Done right you can catch em with your feet
Yeah rightio mate
Only thing you’re gonna catch with your feet is a trip to the hospital
A Brave brave man he is.
Such a simple message man don’t muck with em and don’t kill em they deserve respect!!
Relax, it's just a politician. Don't give it any money.
😂😂 I thought it was a banker
Those are terrible things to say about snakes, and you should both be ashamed of yourselves!
My mums being a snake catcher for almost 3 years now and she’s still get real nervous catching them
Steve Irwin reincarnated. Doing things his own way. I think Steve’s son will be Steve 2.0. He’ll try and do things exactly like his dad did it. This guys like a modern day Steve.
Young Jeff he was on coolibah station
If it's in your space in your home then kill it before it kills you.
If there in the bush then leave it alone
Phew... my hero.. I feel safer now !!!
What happened to the barefoot bush man
True professional.
Good to see it not been killed and let back into the wild where it belongs . Good on ya matt
Champ of a bloke
1:28 - 1:35 spot on mate
The best snake is a dead snake..
Barry from Victorian snake catchers would love this
"Peculiar to the Brown Snake is it's ability to find its way back to the place where it originally was"... He heh.
looks like he drove to drop it off prob a fair way from where he was as he said he's been catching these for yonks so he knows what he's doing
Another great reason for me not to live in Straya! NZ is just fine. No poisonous creatures here only paradise. They can keep their snakes over there thank you!
I'm drowning a brownsnake right now. Best time to watch RUclips. Legs go to sleep sometimes...
the common Australian Brown snake has killed only 23 people in years from 2000 - 2016 is hardly a dangerous snake - the common Holden and Falcon motor cars far more deadlier in the hands of a drunken Yob
Ain't that the truth. So many wankers on the roads around Brisbane
GIVE ME THE BLUE-TONGUE LIZARDS ANYDAY... NOT A FAN OF SNAKES
This is the reason i stopped leaving piles of hessian sack's in my living room
Looks like a baby.
Good release.
Just out of curiosity. Can brown snakes climb, or do only python's climb?
Yes, We had a blue belly Black snake climb into our window and into the loungeroom
Only good snake is a deadsnake
That’s retarded
I dunno about that, I find a lot of people these days are just as toxic!
But that's for another topic. lol
What a champion
Im petrified of all snakes but good on you matt for helping the snake. This was there planet before us dickhead humans came. Well done mate.
Totally not staged
Nah, he'd be a dead one, what if he comes back an ends up getting you or your people or livestock, No Way ☹️
Robert Kinholt
Totally agree mate. Law says you can kill a snake if you feel your life is in danger or under threat. If a brown snake or king brown is in an area where I live it has to go. Especially if the lives of children are at stake.
Yeah was thinking the same...Back in the bush he said...Well...The snake was in the bush and came to your farm, whats gonna stop the snake from redoing the same thing when you put it back in the bush?Nothing makes no sense..
AGREED Robert. ... This Never Bother Mother Nature Approach is just IDIOTIC.
We had a brownie which was caught and released on the other side of our lake, about 5 kms by track. Same snake was back a week later. They're territorial; they phone home.
@@elizabethblackwell6242 If it's venomous and you see it near your home, ALWAYS KILL IT.
Close call
Didnt like the way the guy kept looking at the camera instead of the snake
okkkk this is realy realy scary stuff ,so good luk Mr : Matt 🧐👍🇲🇦
King brown, western browns, are not lucky if they bump into me
What a goose. My wife as a country ED doctor, sees more dickheads bitten by snakes by gooses pulling tin and bags away by hand, the brown can and will, attack repeatedly. They routinely cross our house and cattle yards in summer. Only an idiot would try and bag one to move it, call Uncle 12GA instead.
😮😮😮
Then u put the bag in a box then u put the box in a car then u drive the car into a lake then you blow up the lake.
The explosion sends a wave of force down to the car, cracking the box open and releasing the bag, which loosens as it slowly floats up to the surface, helped by the little air bubble the snake is curled up in....
That kid was funny
Just cut the head of it
...it upsets him when people kill them does it. Well pal, not everyone is a dab hand with a brush like you and doesnt mind dying if they get it wrong. It upsets me when people say stupid things.
