If you start with j razen, whTs bezt to search off yama to get your plays going?
Well since typically you draw 2 discard 1, you typically will find trap access in order to get a pop going, so Sharvara/Aruha is typically the best.
Normal summoning Razen isn't a Full Combo but it allows a lot of flexibility being able to break boards and access a recursive engine like Vanquish, you can dig for a dugares draw 2 with just Razen on its own.

In this case, do you prefer it over tour guide because Razen is more accessible?
@@fotiosvakakis1723 Exactly, and once again, flexibility. Razen does a lot more than a Tour Guide long term, while the Vanquish engine has synergy with your plays the goal of an engine is to also supplement your plays with versatility.
With more people playing targeted cards like D.D Crow and Skull Meister, why play into those when you can play around with Razen.
I won't say this version is strictly better than pure, but it is a very real variant of the deck that I think is powerful depending on how the format changes.
