Microwave Exposure Limits by Countries(Rather than post a link to every country's website): mdsafetech.org/conversion-and-exposure-limits-emr-emf/ OR www.safeinschool.org/p/microwave-exposure-limits-countries.html
As you'll see, many countries have 10uW as a safe exposure limit, and in this video many measurements were well above 10uW. The purpose of this video was to compare microwave radiation given off by a WIFI router at 2.4GHZ, to a microwave oven, and to allay people's fear over WIFI use by showing at what distance the measurements drop close to zero uW.
    Thanks for watching!

I used to own an electronic business which also repaired microwave units. We always measured for leakage. Older units always leaked more and leakage was always worse all around the door. I also keep a shield in front of my router and I never stand near the microwave oven when it is on. BTW, I never hold my cell phone to my ear. All these electronic devices emit microwaves. I am very sensitive to microwaves and can "feel" when there is heavy usage. Schools are the worst.

Most countries EMR regulators tests show 20cm distance is safe level in a "continuous" exposure environment for wifi - this also includes laptop antennas as well, but if you are constantly sitting 20cm from a laptop screen (where the antennas are located), you got bigger problems :)

Indeed, most people sitting at a laptop will be more than twice that distance, even using wifi on cell phones will be more than twice that distance, and most peoples home wifi routers will be several times that distance, you should run some tests on 4G cells, they tell us if you use it for long periods of time you will get skin heating but nothing to dangerous, interesting to see what your tests would show, obviously 5 or 10 minute calls are nothing but some people who yak for hour.s on end, maybe different, thanks for your efforts!

    Hey!
Microwaves are not ionizing and can only heat up tissue when they transmit a lot of power, like in the microwave. A wireless router uses the same wavelength on the 2.4GHz band, but only has to transmit so little power (like you showed) that it is basically a non-issue and won't heat up tissue to any measurable degree. Just a quick reminder: The colors we see, are electromagnetic radiations as well. They have a way higher frequency than radio waves or microwaves. They come way closer to the dangerous ionizing radiation that messes with our DNA, giving us radiation sickness at worst, followed by death. Please stop spreading half truths and help people that are unsure or afraid, understand what Wifi (Microwaves) really are :)
Edit: Please don't take this comment as being rude or against you as a person :D. I just wanna talk about the science behind it. I feel like this video is implying that micrwave radiation is similar to something like nuclear radiation. So, just to clarify:
There is no evidence that these low level microwave signals are harmful. Microwave ovens use extremely high energy, e.g. your standard 1000 watt microwave, to make water molecules in food to move rapidly, creating heat, and you're protected from it via the casing. The highest readings you showed in this video was one tenth of one watt. To actually injure you it would have to be many magnitudes higher than your readings here, and the type of injury would be a simple burn, nothing like the cellular damage you see from nuclear radiation. Just saying, there's nothing to worry about here from either your microwave or your wifi device.

Just because your device says 0, it doesn’t mean there’s no radiation.
If there was no radiation, you wouldn’t have a wifi connection thats literally how it’s transmitted. Another device could detect radiation from much farther away.
And just because you detect a certain level of radiation it doesn’t mean it’s harmful. Radiation works on frequency and intensity.
Your device measures intensity of microwave radiation which is lower frequency than visible light. Your WiFi router probably operates on 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency while the lamp lighting your room operates around 750,000GHz..
Now for intensity, more intense radiation of that frequency would only cause your body to warm up. That’s mostly why the sun is heating the earth partially with visible light while your lamp isn’t.
I just wish more people learnt about how radiation works before making conclusions about things..

    • @electronicsNmore
