no it isnt, sols rng has only one quest right now, and its boring as hell (theres only been 7 quests in sols rng as far as i know) and plus the most fun thing you can do in sols rng is talk to your friends or daily quests, plus the quests in unknown rng are way more fun to do and theres way more quests (plus way more stuff you can do in unknown rng like mining, fishing, etc.)
