I bought a full loaded 2024 SR trim. I come from a Datsun/Nissan buying family and I'm quite pleased with the car as my daily driver. My other vehicle is a 2023 Frontier Pro-X.
I had a ‘17 Toyota Camry that car got flooded out. So when I got my money from insurance I got myself a 2020 Sentra S. When I was shopping I was in between another Camry, Civic, Accord, and other cars in the same class. Is it fast? God no. Looks? Kinda. (I wanna do little things) but I’m liking the new 360 camera! Besides that and the new climate control design it looks actually the same. Speaking of road noise; it’s louder than my Camry was.
$27k and no LED lights or daytime running lights is a serious deal breaker in my opinion. Kia, Toyota, Honda and even VW offer LED headlights lights at this price point. And there's that CVT that Nissan should have ditched years ago. And there is no hybrid option. Kia, Honda and Toyota have hybrid options at this model level. This car in this SV trim level should top out at $23k.
You're totally clueless......the Sentra is in the same entry level as the civic...the Sentra is actually cheaper who cares about LEDs you can install them. The Cvt is new and reliable
Don't waste your money on the Sentra. Corollas can reach 200K plus with basic maintenance. Even if you pay a few grand more it's definitely worth it. Reliability of the Sentra is not good at all. I mean if you bought them both brand new the Sentra may make it to 80-100K problem free, whereas the Corolla will get 200,000 pretty much problem free.
Nissan is known for cutting corners and being cheap. Their now defunct Maxima started at $34K, and didn't even have side indicator lights or a sunroof on the base model.
These 2024 and up sentra's are the best value car on the market today for what you get IMO.
Honestly, that All-weather package sounds like a good deal at that price-point.

Great review and I will buy this as my first car.
Hope you and your family are safe Wil.....
Good review and I am really like this vehicle.

What are you smoking all the hybrids are way more expensive than the Sentra and good luck actually finding a Corolla for MSRP....

Shouldn't have to install if your competitors are offering them...
Nice one 👍👑
I know it's a matter of personal driving style, but I never work my cars that hard.
Nothing about vehicles---Hope you are OK from the Hurricane??
Would never get another Nissan I had 2 Nissans both the transmissions blew never again .. I'm Toyota gang now !!
Maybe the new ones are good 🤔
Not me I went from Toyota to Nissan, don’t want turbo bangers.
@@magnoliap5824 turbo = trouble
I with you. Toyota is the best car maker in the world.
did you ever get your Nissan’s serviced regularly?
The Sentra is better than the Corolla.
At that price point no navigation? C'mon and only one USB in the back? Atleast my '17 SV has 2 USB's in the back..
