I swear they got lazy with these costumes. Seriously. Some of them are pretty cool, but the generic nurse and doctor outfits? Police officers? Xun-Yu literally has a palette swap for his legendary costume. Blatant cash grab with a lack of effort. Theres nothing legendary about most of them. Give us the Strike Force costumes back too.

Out of the women, only the lolitas get attention paid to their outfits. Lolitas and Diao Chan.
Like, women like Zhen Ji - Zhu Rong - Yue Ying - etc. Get the raw end. They get left out of every female outfit pack.
and then in the get to work type stuff, they always get stuff that makes them seem not special. Like it was designed for an NPC where as the lolitas get " Main character " type stuff.
Like . . . why is Diao Chan in the samurai pack and why was Zhen Ji and Yue Ying and Lian Shi left out of the qipao pack?

And with certain characters, you could get their uniforms from Dynasty Warriors 9 if you had a save file for it

I hope when WO4U comes out, they bring back the DLC outfits from DW7, SW4 and SW4-II. There are some good ones in the DW8 and SW4E sets, but most of them are just kind of whatever.

Thanks for taking the trouble, since Koei couldn't be bothered to. The store pages for the DLCs tend to only have pics for like, 3 at most of the costumes in a pack, even if it comes with like 12. And most of these are really kinda shitty, sadly. So now I know I'm not missing anything and won't have to buy them.
I miss when everyone had more costumes...even if a few of them were just palette swaps or slight variations. It was better than "Surprise! Lifeguard!" or whatever. And some of them would be throwbacks to really good costumes they'd had in previous games.

A pity they didn't bring in their past costumes from their prior games. I think DW6 had all their past costumes, going back to DW2 in the game.

costume is very few .. Orochi Z have 4 custume in 1 Characters

orochi 3 ultimate had ~7 costume in 1 character including strikeforce one (which is the best costume), and also 7 weapon for each character... now only 2 costume and 2-3 weapon... so sad they going backward in wo4 and dw9.

Unlock them by playing story mode...There are 8 deifications
