It's certainly getting up there but with the mining boom ending here at the moment the pricing dynamics are uncertain. Western Australia is a 'boom or bust' state based on our mining industry and house prices have been known to drop considerably when there is a bust.

Would you invest in places that have already recorded high growth or in areas around it that could soon follow that trend
I would invest in the areas around the high growth suburb as those areas have the most potential for a higher capital gain.
