I'm 41, I grew up on Oasis, literally through high school it was Oasis and blink 182 and Green Day. I loved the Oasis B-sides more than most of the singles, but this is probably my top mainstream fav.
Yeah this one is a classic, Paul Weller joined on the guitar solo, this was a big song to end the album. Great production and the guitar layering was amazing.

There was a german tv interview (in 2002 or so, can't find it online), where Noel was asked if "Slowly walking down a hall, faster than a cannonball" describes the feeling when you are on uppers and downers at the same time. Noel laughed and answered that he stole the line from children tv show, but I still love this interpretation. :D

This is the second biggest and one of the only big oasis songs to this day in USA. You probably heard parts of it on the radio dozens of times!
