PHEW, what a ride. I'm all sweating here. Fantastic band. Holy crab. Thanks for this reaction video. If yoou love sax, I can recommend The Jazz Avengers who also features Miku, Senri and 6 other amazing musicians. All female.
Miku is awesome. I love her, my favorite Tenor Sax. I grew up playing Alto and Tenor Sax after getting through music theory on piano. Her tone and breath control is phenomenal. Senri just wrecking that drum kit as always. these two are always spot on super stars. Miku is unmatched IMO. WaKaNa on the alto is amazing also. but I never get tired of listening to Miku play. I played in orchestra, concert band, marching band and jazz band, I wish I ever got to even close to Miku's level. outstanding musician.
Senri is at the top of her game. She plays with many top level groups in Japan, among those bands the All Star Jazz Big Band which is the top dynamic group in Japan and regularly plays at the Blue Note in Tokyo. And. of course you have the Jazz Avengers. Senri is a good musical leader because she gets various top notch musicians to perform. It appears that in Japan, jazz is king and there are countless dynamic musicians plying their trade in the many Jazz venues in that country. I'm a fan of the Japanese music scene.😎
Loved it from start to finish - I'm not the biggest jazz fan in the world (I know my classics though) but when musicians have such a contagious pleasure to play with such a high level of talent, that's very very enjoyable stuff.
Holy crap indeed, what a display of outstanding talent and groove from every member of the band. Really great way to start off a new year if you ask me lol
I'm pretty sure the original (album version) is not done with a sax player, but the melody is done by keyboards only. You can hear how good Miku is as she is basically doubling the keyboardlines throughout the song. It might also be why the guitar is a bit more in the background because the sax is mixed relatively high.
Insane level of talent displayed by all the musicians here. Incredible lungs and breath control by Miku, I would have hyperventilated and passed out in the first couple of minutes.
It doesnt matter how good we are, there will always be an asian better than you and this band proves it 100 times.. They are absolutely amazing, the flow, technique, sound and that gdamn sax is beatiful. lets not forget that keyboard!
Absolutely great, but who the hell is that bassplayer? He's phantastic! Like all of them. I think Senri would never act with artist from the secord line. Why never registered that bassist before?

Amazing. So good, could not stop my leg jiggling up and down with Senri's relentless tempo. Amazing sax , keys, bass all top notch
Amazing rhythm section 🤩
@@homegnome2429 Totally amazing
@homegnome2429 thanks for requesting this!
Yea, Ryan, for bringing on Senri and company! She and her friends will always amaze! Keep her on your 🔥RED HOT 🔥list!
I am completely smitten with Miku. She's not only adorable, but absolutely slays on the sax.

Agreed - for me this has plenty of hook and the free form element short enough as to not get “too jazzy”…
@@homegnome2429 and it grooves all along!

Miku chan & Senri chan.⭐️🔥🔥
I think both Senri and the sax lady in green dress is also a member of the band jazz avengers, she is one of the 4 sax players.
That is correct
Wow, great band!

I'm not a huge sax fan on media but live it's a hell of an experience. This would have been great to view in person.
miku even incorporated a riff from that famous chinese song tue ninng @3:00
