just within a couple of videos you graduated from a diyer to a builder. watching you using those powertools is really so inspiring, Tina! you are amazing
this is what i call a good sunday morning....laying in bed, watching a Tina reno, drinking some hot tea, while it's snowing outside. The perfect sunday...! I always get so motivated and inspired watching your transformation, DIY and decor videos.
Awesome job, Tina! What a transformation...so pretty! Your comfort with using power tools is inspiring. I'm 70 yo and a tool freak, so it's great to see other women who love (and aren't afraid to use) power tools as much as I do. 🥰
I love how your videos are telling the story of your home DIY journey, it’s so cool to see each week the projects you do and then how they fit into the space! Can’t wait for the full entryway makeover 😍
The fact that this is TRULY budget friendly is amazing. So many builders/DIYers I follow consider $2,000 for a weekend project budget friendly and my budget disagrees. So this was really refreshing, seems achievable, and it was lovely to watch. Thank you!
I love all your projects you have been doing! Your videos remind me how much I miss having a basement! Don't have them in Austin TX, but I sure wouldn't move back north for one now!!
This came out better than I expected. I love to see how much you've grown in confidence and skill since I began watching your channel. You are so creative and inspiring.
Probably not a popular thought but it looks best with NO doors! Doors will cut off access to those cute little cubbies you made! This turned out so great! You are such a smart cookie!❤️
You have inspired me to open up my coat closet and try to do something creative with it. No power tools really, and no place to use them if I had them. I'll use what I have and hopefully paint will make a difference.
I noticed your cute entry closet in your entryway transformation video, so I watched this...very cool! Love the black! I really appreciate you showing using tools. I'm a beginner, so everything is helpful! I love your positivity and encouragement. 😊❤
Love this, Tina. You did a great job! I would definitely leave the doors off. You could always add an extra hook or two on the left hand wall as it is somewhat hidden. Also metal hooks with a top and bottom hanger will allow you to hang twice as much
What's an excellent job I never thought the black color would of turn out so beautiful with your ideas and perfect hands the closet looks great using the knobs it shows off the entire stool and shoe stand 👍🏾
I REALLY love how this project turned out!! The color combos are aesthetically pleasing and your power tool skills are truly inspiring even if you still feel like a newbie! I wish my entryway closet was this size so I could also have a mini mud closet. Mine is so tiny. It’s almost ridiculous to have it’s so small. Haha. Anyways, thanks for all the beautiful home inspo! Much love from Texas!
Very inspiring video. Got me motivated to convert my main entry closet into a coat, shoes and hidden storage area. Thanks for the ideas and making the whole a series of interesting tasks to a completed project with style.
This came out great! If you decide you do want a door, a sliding barn door would look cool too and not take up a ton of space , it could also second as a piece of art♥️
This is absolutely gorgeous 😍. I've binged watched your channel since finding it a couple of weeks back and I'm so glad I did!!! I'm a crafter and have gotten soooo much inspo from your vids which I can't wait to use in our next home 😊.... I look forward to all your up and coming projects. Sending love from the UK 💜🎉
The French doors would look amazing! The circular saw looks like so much fun 😁I'm still waiting for you to DIY an entire house from scratch because you're that amazing 😅The black walls and dark wood tones complement each other perfectly 😌love, love, love the end result! Well done, Tina! 💃🏽
What an amazing young lady you are! I just enjoy watching you no matter what project you are working on, you just make it look so easy. And you tackle it all with that amazing smile. Love the entryway....Perfection!
OMG this looks SOOOOOO good. I recently took off the doors of my entryway closet to do something similar and this totally inspired me. Im always scared to whip out those power tools. You did that girl!
Absolutely love the closet. I have watched so many videos on redoing the coat closet and this is the best one I have seen. I am in the process of updating my coat closet however it is much smaller but I got some really good ideas from what you did. Thanks so much for sharing.
This is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Also, thanks to watching your vids I purchased some of my first power tools, and have refinished my kitchen cabinets! Thanks so much for your videos and inspiration!
I used to have a black closet but what I didn't like about it was that it was hard to see stuff inside it. When you put doors back on, make sure there is plenty of very bright light.
This came out amazingly, Tina! Such a good way to disguise the vents and add some stylish function! We have a similar vent situation in our rental pantry closet and it took forever to figure out how to work around it, so bravo on coming up with this absolutely beautiful solution so quickly!!
You could totally install a rod on the left side to hang up your less-used coats where it's a bit more hidden, then have your most worn coats on the hooks!
Love your closet transformation and very interested in learning more about the sponsor of your video. I'm glad your channel supports topics not really touched on by other RUclipsrs.
TINA. This is GORGEOUS! We have those closet doors and they’re constantly coming off the track, which is probably why they removed so easily lol. 🙃 Signed, fellow Vans lover.
I absolutely enjoy watching you make over your home! It's going to be so nice to see all put together but in mean time I love the progresses every week since it is so cool to see!
The closet looks great and the storage bench you made last time is so attractive! I agree with your idea of French doors. You have really come a long way since I first started watching your channel 😍
Wow Tina, you’re really levelling up! Great work, this is so cool. How did you figure out how much weight the shelves an support and/or what kind of supports/joints you needed for the shelves?
just within a couple of videos you graduated from a diyer to a builder. watching you using those powertools is really so inspiring, Tina! you are amazing
This is such a compliment! Thank you so much, Selma 🥰💛
this is what i call a good sunday morning....laying in bed, watching a Tina reno, drinking some hot tea, while it's snowing outside. The perfect sunday...! I always get so motivated and inspired watching your transformation, DIY and decor videos.
This is the sweetest comment! Happy Sunday to you, hope it was a good one 💛
I love how it turned out!! Black with wood tones are my JAM!!
I love the black theme with the wood highlights. It's so gorgeous, modern, and stylish.
Nothing builds more confidence that learning and using power tools. It also expands your DIY skills and project list!! a good job,
Tina has a new video, cup of coffee, cozy blanket. It is a winning combination.
Limousine Leather is my FAVORITE black paint! It's just the richest, most beautiful shade - I have it in my house and I absolutely love it.
I love it! Great job Tina, and so proud of you for growing more and more out of your comfort zone. It's inspiring!
Thank you, Lena!! 🥰💛
I genuinely think this is one of the most beautiful transformations I’ve seen lately. So so gorgeous. All the love Tina
I love this idea of the open mudroom and in black with the wood or brown accents 😀
Awesome job, Tina! What a transformation...so pretty! Your comfort with using power tools is inspiring. I'm 70 yo and a tool freak, so it's great to see other women who love (and aren't afraid to use) power tools as much as I do. 🥰

my heart was so full seeing how excited you got about your circular saw 😭 because literally same
Wow! You took ordinary to extraordinary!
Oh wow Tina ! It looks absolutely beautiful ! I just can’t get over how creative you are , Home & Garden worthy !!
Can't wait till we see little Tina and Brian's running around❤❤. Love the video
The fact that this is TRULY budget friendly is amazing. So many builders/DIYers I follow consider $2,000 for a weekend project budget friendly and my budget disagrees. So this was really refreshing, seems achievable, and it was lovely to watch. Thank you!
So perfect! Im really digging the black/wood combo and love that you made this closet not only aesthetic but functional 🙌🏼
I've never been a fan of black and brown together but this makeover might be the thing to finally change my mind! Beautiful job!
This is SIMPLY AMAZING! I absolutely love your style! What a transformation…good idea to remove the doors! I also LOOOVE your background song, “Wine”
Tina, this turned out so well. Love the black with the walnut stain. I love using tools, love that you're more comfortable with using tools too.
Great job! I wouldn’t worry about doors because you’ve added another architectural detail with this update and it’s beautiful to look at 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Woah, it looks incredible. Awesome work!
soo good! But honestly, my favorite part of this dyi is your vans-just like the ones my 40 year old son had 30 years ago. Love.
Probably not a popular thought but it looks best with NO doors! Doors will cut off access to those cute little cubbies you made! This turned out so great! You are such a smart cookie!❤️
Wow, I am so impressed! That came out great. If I lived in a house I would definitely get those power tools. They sure make the work go quickly.
So super cute, at first I thought the black was going to be too dark but nope. It’s inviting and elegant. You did an amazing job !!!
Great job! You closet is amazing as are your videos. Every Sunday I'm like, " I gotta watch my girl's video," - thanks for the inspiration. GOD bless!
I'm so freaking impressed! This is amazing work! So beautiful too 💝
I love it!! It’s like a whole new space! The black looks sooo good! And the bead board and the stain!! It’s all great!!
You have inspired me to open up my coat closet and try to do something creative with it. No power tools really, and no place to use them if I had them. I'll use what I have and hopefully paint will make a difference.

Nailed it! Love the dark moody colors. You did a great job. It has me rethinking my entry!
