- UK Skilled worker VISA process involved in four stages:
Stage 1: get CoS
Stage 2: prepare application on uk gov website and collect documents
Stage 3: Submitting the application and attending a biometric appointment at VFS
Stage 4: Enter UK , collect BRP. thats it.
Handy Documents require before applying for VISA
1. Copy of any UK visas you have held
2. Copies of academic qualifications
3. Evidence to show that you meet the English Language Requirement
4. Your TB test certificate
5. If you are residing in a country of which you are not a national, evidence of your right of residence in that country

After biometric, the ideal time to get a visa is 3 weeks for a normal case and 1 week for priority.
Once you submit application then can book appointment date, it depends time to time, usually after 3days to 2-3 weeks

we are looking for the info for travel from London to India via frankfurt. There are mixed responses ,some says airport transit visa is required at frankfurt for Indian nationals while some says not required. Did you had have any other visa like US or schengan visa or only UK visa. Appreciate a quick response..
If booked flight which has a stop at Frankfurt for few hours and then reach India then you don't need any transit visa.....Transit visa needed if you book two separate flight one from London to Frankfurt and you booked another flight by yourself from Frankfurt to Bangalore. Or you want to go out of Frankfurt airport for few hours then needed.
So if airline manage your transfer at Frankfurt (plane change either in same company or different) then don't need any transit visa.

How can one miss documents when there were a document checklist to check required docs before going vfs or submitting application, anyways after biometric i don't think you can upload anymore, same written here as well www.gov.uk/guidance/uploading-evidence-as-part-of-your-visa-application now better you wait for visa decision. Hi, so additionally we don’t require documents like ITRs, bank statements and payslips?
For me they haven't asked any which you mentioned. If your sponsoring company is giving you enough salary they definitely none of the above they will ask. If you got COS then all done. ITRs and payslip definitely they don't ask. Even bank statement also for skilled worker visa. Because you cos tells company is going to take care of visa related maintenance all the time. For any specific questions you can ping on Instagram..if other doubts are there.

If my employer ticks the maintenance box in the CoS, will that be sufficient as my financial evidence? Do I need to show further bank balance statements?
If not asked specifically then not needed as the employer takes care of maintenance.

Q3)What happens if the person already working in other country coming to India for VFS purposes only, passport they will hold it for long time or will return same day ?
A1 - No, you can do it by yourself as well, if your company hires third party for this then that's a different thing
A2 - first submit form, then take appointment
A3 - they hold passport for upto 5 working day ( for priority Visa), upto 15 Working day (normal Visa)...+-2-4days

This will be answered by your company. Most companies used to give accommodation for 2-3 weeks.

I applied for uk skilled worker visa. My agency submitted the files through online to the UK home office. And they sent replay mail to them. So, my agency told me to take 8-10 weeks for their decision. My question is when I will face VFS and what decision they will provide which take 8-10 weeks?

If your all documents are correct then why need to wait...ask your agency to share email with you that what they received from home office about your application. Process is not like that.
Process is :
- complete application & submit all the necessary information
- then book vfs bio date
- attend vfs biometric
- receive visa in 3 week(normal), 1week(priority)
- then visit UK..that's all
After submitting application and waiting for 8-10weeks does not makes sense. Maybe your agency is not transparent with you. Ask them for email which they received from home office.

Without job offer how one can give COS, in cos all salary and company related details are there. Then you must have job then only you can get COS

It was not needed for me so no idea. Maybe third party who is doing for you will ask if needed or when you are filling form by yourself then if they ask then they will give you more details
Hi, I am working in Abu Dhabi, Got offer letter, waiting for my CoS... When I came to UAE. Do I need to get PCC from India also. I have an old PCC from India when I came to UAE. Will that old PCC work or do I need to get a new one ?
PCC not asked or required in my case, best way is visit gov.uk skilled worker visa website and look for what all docs needed while applying for visa, IF something recently changed then I have no idea , better to get updated from gov.uk website

It depends on company sponsoring you, if they agree to take care of your maintainence and same mentioned in COS then no need else you may need to show bank accounts. Check with your employer

TB test certificate generally 6 month to 1 year tak valid hota hai...but as soon as you get your offer letter, you should go for TB test, because after offer letter it takes few days to get COS then only you can apply for skilled visa process.

If the degree is at the required level and was taught or researched in the UK, the official degree certificate, official transcript or an official letter (which contains the information equivalent to a degree certificate) from the university or college which awarded the qualification will be sufficient to meet the requirements.

Congratulations first of all, now get COS from your company, please check if they hire 3rd party to handle your visa process, if not then after getting cos, go for TB test, get fulfilled English language requirement, when all ready then start filling visa application. Attach a document and get a bio metric appointment at vfs, attend it and then receive your visa. Then visit UK

Send them additional documents whatever they are looking for. Maybe some docs are not clear for them.

First thing first - You can report your biometric residence permit ( BRP ) lost or stolen from inside or outside the UK. You can only apply for a replacement from inside the UK. The Home Office will contact you within one working day of reporting it

It takes 1 week for priority visa service and 3 weeks for normal visa services from the date of VFS biometric appointment.

If you have taken priority service then will receive a visa by the 18th of aug(usually 5 working days), for standard it will come in 15 working days from the date of biometric.

Uk NARIK is not mandatory, you could proof you English proficiency by ielts or pte.
