  • When Spanish City first opened in 1910, people came from far and wide to enjoy its concert hall, ballroom, restaurant and funfair. Sadly, by the 1990s the building had fallen into disrepair and was closed to the public.
    In 2013, North Tyneside Council used the Scape framework to facilitate its revival. Robertson is immensely proud to have delivered the project, restoring Spanish City to its former glory.
