This is legit one of the most underrated videos I’ve ever seen. This is by far the best iteration of self made Edith glasses and the way you figured out how to display the screen is pure genius. Super excited for v2!
That's awesome man. That, that, that, genuineness! That simplicity, that authenticity. And making such a complex gadget which no company focused on. NOT even Lenskart focuses in. You did it at home. You must become a tech entrepreneur bro
3:41 This is how true electricians are made lol, having to test all that stuff is good practice in troubleshooting and truly persisting to solve a problem
GREAT WORK, I'm sure you can get EDITH created and dialed-in, keep at it :-( It is amazing people like you that always push forward, this is great! DUDE, I LOVE your energy and style, definitely subscribing, you are hilarious and great watching you learn all this new stuff, you make it look easy but I'm sure there are MANY hours involved to learn and do all this work!
I did my project from Xiaomi Mi Band 3 as SMARTGLASSES. Xiaomi Mi Band 3 has a specific build - doesn't have touchscreen but has touch panel separately. When you fix it to glasses or to your head by band you have access to HR tracking from superficial temporal artery , GPS tracking and more... My blueprints (3D print model) is on Turbo squid "Smart glasses Vitoculus from Xiaomi Mi Band3 3D"
Nice Project! Even I thought of using the Mi Band, but the display on it was not bright, so the reflection on the glass was very faint. Also how did you manage to navigate the menu?
Hi! Do you have the instructables ready? I'd love to make something like this! Also, how can you see properly with the mirror in your eye sight? Or is it not in your sight? Got confused on that part (5:12).
Hey man, I know it's been two years since you uploaded the video. How about correcting optics through software. is it possible add an distortion to simulate the focal length?
Hi Shyam, great work! Couple of questions, where did you get those different magnifying lenses shown at @2:37 And doesn't the mirror which is presently between your eyes and the lens disturb the vision? Great work! ❤
Impressive. Next time, use an oldsoldering iron instead of a dremel for more control of your corrections on the 3d print. Or collaborate with your local fablab if there is one in your reach.
is there a way to make this but it can be connected into a computer by a vga cable or hdmi or something i need it for that it wont bother me to have wires connected to it tho it wont look so smart i just want something like that as for my computer setup more
Hello, it's a pleasure to greet you. I have been watching your videos on RUclips for some time now. I've seen that you have created augmented reality glasses. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in product development engineering, and my thesis is about developing a heads-up display (HUD) for motorcyclists. I would like to hear your opinion on what would be the best optical solution for this project. The goal is to create an affordable device. I would love to hear your thoughts on this matter. Thank you in advance for your attention. Best regards.
Welcome back the internet missed you.
Wasn't expecting the video to be so high quality and well edited. Amazing work!

This is amazing! Friend, could you share the project diagram in Altium?
Hello, what you are doing is really beautiful, and I would like to do it too. If you don't mind, could you share the materials you used with me?
If you replace the oiled screen with a glass see through one and it’ll look a bit better
Nice accent bro 💯

Great work! ❤
Can you make one that mirrors the phone's screen? *subbed*
Any updates on the diy link you had mentioned in the description?
Does your design have a camera?
Your smart glass is much impressive than the google glass
Love it🔥
Nicely done!
Great job👏🏻👍
Excellent ! Keep it up
what is the angle between the glass (not the lens) and the oled display? I mean the angle of incidence on the mirror?
The angle between the oled display and the mirror is 60 degrees( that is the angle of incidence).

A very goo video. Is there any updates on it? How are the glasses going? Have you considered using a PI Pico?

definitely one of the best out there. Can the esp32 just connect to a mobile hotspot for wifi?
Thanks! Yes, it can connect to mobile hotspots.
@@shyam-ravi Awesome thanks!
