arduino is a shit microcontroller, maybe good for new people, but there ir a moment where u will find it obsolet. There is a lot of better microcontrollers
Thanks for the ideas nice project. Easy to make and very efficent. The only problem one might face is getting the parts. Espeically, for projects 2 and 3.
It started off well enough, but then rapidly turned into, "Who needs screws, stand-offs, nuts or bolts, or any sense of actual craftsmanship at all? Let's just cover everything in tons of glue!"
It really is interesting to see the juxtaposition. You have someone who seems very clever and resourceful but also has absolutely no intelligence about how to properly do anything. Maybe he's just following others' tutorials and that's all this is
@@dagsco.development7697 , it looks more like laziness to me. Notice on the basic plotter design, he made a nice, lean, and clean looking slide out of mostly wood, but then made the other axis a glued-together mess of unnecessary scraps. It would have looked 10 times nicer if he had just done the same as he did for the first axis and stacked the two. How much more work would it have taken to just come up with mounts for the servo, pen, and battery made from wood, instead of gluing everything and making it so it would not be easy to ever replace any failing parts. And then there's the R3 board itself. It could have looked much neater, and allowed for replacement or reuse of the Arduino if he had simply drilled four holes and used small mounting bolts with a nut on each side of the wood, for each bolt.
That smart glass, I proposed that project to be my final year project three years ago but my supervisor rejected it, she thought it wasnt a great idea. Hahahaha and we somehow failed some part of our fyp. It didn't go really smooth but luckily I scored my fyp.
There are many factors in learning circuits. One place I found that successfully combines these is the Gregs Electro Blog (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most useful info that I have ever seen. Check out this great resource.
@@nellysayago5582 yeah it's a nice idea idea even now a day you can get keyboard that fits in your fingers like ring and you need just gestures to use it. It will be a great idea actually.
@@becks0816 Yes that was what I intended to say. The only good thing in this concept is, that the batteries are on the same side as the sensor. At least you can switch batteries ;-) Or you just can connext the door-lock directly to the batteries without the fingerprint sensor. This is real minimum security.
@@michaegi4717 And this is why I don't understand why this should be one out three of the "top 3 ideas" you can do with an arduino. All it is is the combination of a premade fingerprint sensor which signals the Arduino if a matching finger print has been found. This triggers a motor run for some seconds, potentially wait some more seconds and then runs in the oposite direction for the same time. The motor does not even have a stop pin to signal when it has reached the end, it is just 2 wires. Even the power consumption monitor I made for my NAS is more complicated as it contains an OLED I can turn on/off by pressing a button, the power meter calculates the average consumption over 1 and 10 minutes, stores the data in a sql server (using MQTT) and the whole thing can be updated via OTA.
I haven’t even graduated high school. U don’t need a high school to learn. Just search up the hardware of the arduino and read articles. U already have the two most powerful tools, access to the internet, and ur great mind

Try to get an arduino kit. It usually comes with a manual that has many projects to help you learn the basics. I could assure you, if you start to make the basic project, that within a week you will be more than able to make all these project. The hard part is only to start. once you begin to recognize the code, you will be able to make infinit amount of project. Your only limitation is your ideas. If you can think of somthing then it is possible. Good luck

Excelente video Bro, muestras el paso a paso además de dejar los links de descarga y el código de Arduino, bastante conforme y son proyectos muy útiles para utilizarlos en la universidad
Any good videos to learn more about upward application of this knowledge? Super into physics and the magnetodielectric universe + I know all about flux and gauss. Would like to utilize this to small electronics then scale them into efficient tasks. Anyone have info/links to share? Basically what would one have to do to look at a board and/or a set of wires + solder etc and just natively know how flow is inhibited / induced + what one can do to increase efficiency of a circuit via directing volatile flow around to where it’s needed for an effect such as scanning finger + confirming w an unlock feature and/or denying via staying same. Is programming involved too or are most of these things pre-built?
Hello sir good job, But I have a question and I really hope to answer me or any one can answer me because this is my school project and there is a deadline soon, so from where to get the wires?? Hope for your response
Man. Amazing projects. I wanted to do the fingerprint lock but I couldn't get the pieces from the link because they are from india and they dont deliver in US. Can you provide me where can I get the pieces in US. Pls

Actually he just made his you can change it with screwing
He also glued the use and throw battery. What the heck. What will he do when the battery runs out. He can't replace it cause he didn't use a holder.

Not for a long time. So while this idea looks nice it lacks any real usage. Your door will be locked very soon.
