I prefer a lot of green space and trees. Are there any nice, upscale neighborhoods in that area with large lots - an acre or more?
Oh, good heavens. No. You might be able to find something very far inland at an acre or more, but I highly doubt there is anywhere coastal California where you can find an acre.
