The “where’s your mark?” is something I DESPISE. Forget Magneto’s past, why should any mutant have to tattoo themselves to “prove” they’re a mutant? It’s a demand for every member of a community to express that identity in a particular way regardless of how they feel about it. Magneto getting a free pass because of his Auschwitz tattoo doesn’t really make it better, because she never should have demanded it of him in the first place.
That was the entire point of the interaction. Magnetos response was him calling her on her attitude. He showed that you don't have to mark yourself to be different. Society marks you themselves.

In Last Stand, he allowed Charles to die and didn’t seek vengeance or Justice for his friend’s death. At the end of the film, he used his own army as pawns and deliberately used them to test enemy weapons.

I think this generation has no appreciation for the quality of actors that this comic book movie got. Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, it doesn’t get more talented. We didn’t used to get this kind of acting in popcorn movies.
