Ive been going crazy trying to get that caption sticker as well as the arrow sign on trending reels (to show its a trending reel). I figured it was because I was in a country that didnt provide that (I heard that one time). But now I'm in the US, deactivated / reactivated my accounts while here in the US and still not available. Anything else you can think of that I can try while I'm here in the US another few days?
I dont have the triple dots on my edit mode so i cant even access effects. My problem is that when i select caption i get an error saying no captions found.
