I have never tried to foil crocs yet but I would suggest watching our video on Prepping your surface for foils and yes, you can seal the foils and apply rhinestones over them.

@@sandramalbrough8495 Yes, the foils will adhere to just about any surface, but I usually paint a base coat first that is complimentary to the foil color. But the adhesive will adhere to just about anything but plastic - it has to be prepped first
Foils look best over darker colors and can't affect the way they look - you only get 97 to 99% coverage - there is always a little background color peeking through and you don't want that to be White.
Can a clear spray paint (sealant?) be used rather than colors to get the same cell effect without covering the art under the epoxy? Can more than one color of spray paint be used? Does the alcohol leave indents in the resin?
You need a color of spray paint to create the cells or at least have mica powder in the alcohol to create cells and yes you can use more than one color

Hello Sandra :) - yes, you can use any of the Rustoleum 2X paints over the foils and you can do epoxy on many different surfaces :)

What about applying to a curved surface like, say, a flower pot?
would have to treat it like a tumbler and would need to spin - not sure it's possible or would have to try a different technique
