A great job! Only two things: Always cut off the selvages before sewing and finish the raw edges because if you don't, your garment will pucker from uneven shrinking in repeated washings. Also, wash and iron natural fabrics like cotton to preshrink before construction to ensure that all of your measurements for your finished garment are accurate.

Washing and ironing waxed fabric will remove the wax! The wax protects the beautiful feature of this fabric.

Your explanation is the simplest and the most perfect I have watched. Please make a video on deep v front cut. I have searched for videos and none has explained it perfectly. I need to know what measurement to use when the front is only a v cut and the back remains at the neck point. Gracias! You are beautiful

I like your instructions and plan to use them to make a Halloween caftan. The only thing I didn't like was leaving the selvages showing with all that writing on it. It looks unfinished. But to each his/her own. I've already cut off the selvage on my material. Thank you for your video. You explain things better than most of the other tutorials out ther.
