Well i got two happy feeling moments from this video Mel - one when you gave a kid some tackle and another when you gave another kid some fish ! I remember fishing for luderick at Narrabeen lake when I was maybe 12 yrs old and this old guy pulled up next to me and unloaded a life time of luderick fishing knowledge to me in a few hours , i will never forget that day for as long as i live and those kids you helped will be inspired by you and will never forget what you gave them .

Use Seabreeze wind & wave report. Gives live wind speeds from the weather stations all around Sydney.
They are very accurate with any major wind increases or fronts approaching.
Willy is very similar I like to follow the Bellambi wind and north sydney winds to see what’s heading our way but sometimes everything just goes unexpectedly

Hey Mel nice catch girl , just so you know if a plastic is broken in half and repairable you can heat up a old butter knife and melt the broken bit a little and stick them back together and save your plastic to fish another day , any repairable you can put back together with a heated butter knife and go fishing again especially if it’s your favourite plastic you might be low on . 👍

I actually like and respect those that use skis for fishing - I just hate those that want to annoy me by trying to show off or generally being dickheads - unfortunately they seem to be everywhere and are making the ones who do the right thing look bad.
I think she’s taking the piss mate as everyone who lives close by knows what kyeemah boat ramp is famous for ..ford raptors and fully sicks on jet skis

Yeah Andrew I love seeing fishing skis out and about they make me smile. It’s the crazy ones that soak you at the ramp or speed around causing scratching up the boats against the jetty or spend 15 minutes taking up the launch lane taking selfies. Fisho skis are sick, I was looking at the new kawasaki one

Hey SPIKES, ay I don't mean to sound rude after all it is ur show, but the boat ramp u left u went over 1 to 4 KG rats & near them a place where ull get the biggest crocks in the bay ( on falling tide) & well at the break wall half way where u see it bend ( oppisate water line of beach on other side) u get some large Jews there in the evening & soapy there in the morning. I started fishing there as a 10 year old & was fishing there 5 days a week both tides till I got my P' s lol then I was able to go where ever I wanted like Nasho! 😊
But yeh I know that place inside out.
U wouldn't have liked it there in the late 80s & early 90s the government was making the place worse then what ir was!
It onlly started coming good around 2007, I've seen that place turn from a barren desert under water ( except for summer ) to a plase u go with a 7 to 12 inch plastic & catch a king on cue, it's awsome.
In 2009 the 1st kings started to come in cause of the proffecianal fishing ban in the bay & no more king fad capture set ups from 2005 so in 4 years they moved in hard.
Now there everywhere true Spike?

@spikesfishing Yeh sweet no probs ide be mire then happy to, & I got so mant spots to give u ay. U know Macs bait shop 100% just before or after Tom Uglys yeh ( everyone does ) well I worked there as a young & there used to be 2 twins that were there from day 1 in black & white days & pics lol till they both stopped working there in 93 & 94 ✝️🙏✝️.
I was so lucky Spike for they befriended this young Lebo that they would see every morning at 4 in the morning so eager & with a gut to lern & they told me about the bay & how it was & is not ( then ) & showed me where the little reefs are that not many knew about at all especially back then with no electronics like today. And man I was so so lucky, & then I met there young nephew Mac & after they past would go fishing with him & work in summer getting them yabbies & in winter green weed, but yeh I know our waters in a big way from Chirch Point (north manly) to Port Hacking & Botany Bay inside out.
With ur boat ull b able to take advantage of so many places & have a ball. I go to 80% of the spots bit the other 20% say roughly I can't cause no boat haha but u can. So yeh got a pen & a pad!??

hey girl ,you are very good new subs here.if its ok to ask you, what is a good plastic for breams and snaper..i go to ramsgate alot for lunch .and im going fishing in nelson bay in 2 weeks ..🙂😊😊😊😊😊.keep going you are fantastic..
Bream use 2-2.5inch paddle tails grubs any creature lure for snapper use any big plastics like 4-7inch jerk shads with light jig heads for bream like 24 ounce- 1/8 with 1/0 or 2/0 hooks

Hey Theo check out what IBFishing said he’s spot on. I’m not really that much into lures but trying new ones on the day in the spot until you start catching is probably the only valuable thing I can offer
