- Here’s how to use stainless steel pans-
Before you start cooking, make sure your pan is heated evenly. Here’s a simple trick,
Add a few drops of water to the pan:
• If they form a ball and sizzle around, it’s ready to go!
• If they get absorbed immediately or doesn’t form a ball, it’s not ready yet.
Next, add a few drops of oil to the pan and you’re good to cook!
You can slow-cook the food by covering the pan with a lid and letting it cook on its steam.
