I’ve been wire wrapping about 4 years, only school of RUclips has gotten me to where I am. I absolutely love it!! Everyone needs a hobby for sure!! I love your ring tutorial!! It is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you for sharing!! You are one of my very favorites!!
This ring is beautiful and unique, it's my birth stone so maybe I'm partial 😊 but so lovely. I haven't been wire weaving for very long and I don't weave regularly so I see it makes my possibilities of ring making limited. That's why I started twisting wire was to make rings and it's been almost a year since I have picked up this art. I love it it's so creative but it looks like I must work on my weaving skills. Thanks for sharing.
Hello! I am a newcomer to this channel and I just subscribed. I have been beading since about 2005 but really got into wire wearing and wire wrapping since about 2010 with a hiatus of a few years somewhere in there. RUclips has been my teacher and I swear by it. I am currently attempting to learn various weaves. When I first saw your ring at the beginning of the video, I whistled loudly! I looked at all the wire weaving that you did and thought that you must be a very patient person. But then, it's easy to have patience when you're doing something you love. I loved your tutorial and I love your work! The ring is fantastic! Thank you for sharing your tutorial!

Self taught through the amazing artisans here on RUclips. Your videos are the most inspiring and because they are not super long I don’t rush through them. Thank you for the inspiration.

Love the ring, it's beautiful from the stone to the wrapping. I've only wrapped one piece. It's a very old piece of broken mirror I found in the desert. While wrapping this piece I discovered because of nerve damage, my fingers no longer work like they used to. Now a days I content myself with watching others do what I could only hope to do.
So sorry to hear! 😞 I’ve developed severe arthritis in my left thumb which is making wire wrapping difficult. Now I need to take a lot of breaks. Maybe you can find another artistic outlet. I’ve discovered paint pouring! 💜
@@ZurickDesigns Actually, I do pretty well with decoupage, I'm quite addicted. I have tables that I didn't like the surfaces so I created whole new surfaces that are larger than the original ... I needed extra counter space. Anyway, I've made three so far and ready to start number four. Cardboard, glue and paper bags. Sturdy as a rock and I make them so they are removable. It's the holding and manipulation of small objects that that I simply can not do anymore. But, I love to watch the artist who can. I hope you find something to help with the discomfort of your arthritis. Paint pouring is fun also. Haven't you worked with making skins? Sometimes I get my artist mixed up. lol Have a great week.
