Bilang isang pharmacist, totoo talaga na may ibang botika na nagbebenta ng antibiotic kahit walang reseta. Nakakainis lang kasi ikaw na strict sa pagbibigay ng antibiotic, ikaw pa yung masama sa paningin ng pasyente. Nasabihan na din ako na ang arte ko daw parang SIMPLENG ANTIBIOTIC lang hindi ko mabigay. May reseta sila pero hindi naman na valid. Fully served na ang gamot, uulit pa. Pero kahit ganun, madami pa din namang patient na nakaka appreciate sa trabaho natin nasa medical field. Kailangan kasi natin ang tulong ng government when it comes to awareness and im happy na you’re sharing this here in youtube. 😊 hindi biro yung trabaho natin, buhay ang nakasalalay. I'm saddened because what you had discussed were the same scenarios my husband went thru two decades ago - T-W-O decades ago and yet NOTHING has changed.
Mae, my father died of cancer. And we would not have gotten through it without our loving nurses. I felt so emotional listening to you talk about how you take care of your patients. I had pxs din na namatay na na very close to my heart na talaga.. hindi mapipigilan hindi umiyak kasi alam m na story ng buhay nila, bakit sila nagkaganun.. sobrang saya pag nasa medical field.. toxic man pero masaya.. treating pxs as our own family mas mapapadali ang work dba? I was supposedly either an electronics engineering or architecture student post high school at yun lang talaga ang pangarap ko simula bata ako, and my parents had been very supportive, until dumating na yung point na enrollment na, kinausap ako ng masinsinan ng mama ko na I'd better take up nursing. I was brokenhearted at first at di ko pinagigi ang pag aaral ko nung 1st year Nursing pero nung 2nd year na (old curriculum product ako, by the way), I fell in love with anatomy at dun ko na-discover ang passion ko for medical sciences. Then duty days came and I became even more passionate nung nakita ko kung gano kalaking impact ang naidudulot ng nurses at ng iba pang mga health care professionals sa ikagagaling ng mga pasyente. Though I didn't like Nursing and the medical profession at first, eventually na-realize ko na it's a fulfilling career and I am cut out for the medical field. Now, I am a medicine student and I am proud to say that Nursing is my pre-med

Grade 11 STEM student ako at gusto ko ng trabaho related sa medical field, pero di ko sure specific course na gusto ko honestly (sa med field). pero nangunguna yung nursing sa choices ko. I'm a freshman nursing student and this vlog help me and one of an eye opener. Tbh, in this course naging tamed ako hahaha now I'm living with my over the top emphatic self wherein kahit na sinong taong nakakasalamuha ko, therapeutical yung way of communication ko lmao. An online nursing student here watching vlogs of fellow nurses/ used to be nursing students~ charr dahil sa pandemic kaya we switched to online and hopefully this would end quickly. Agree,it’s both ways,they touch you and you will touch them,I work in medical field for 5 years and stop due to my travel,ang mga patient subrang lukot and me trying not to cry cause you know you don’t want them to feel sad kaya smile smile din diba.to make the story short hindi easy to be in the medical field 👩🏻⚕️,yes ang Ganda nang sweldo pero you have to work for at least 8-12 hours a day 3-4 times a week,unlike other job we don’t have regular days off like Christmas kasi pag schedule ka duty ka talaga.kaya salud sa Lahat nang mga Taga medical field workers.

It gave me memories back when i was still struggling volunteer on this hospital to gain experience at that time. Sa lahat ng hirap na pingadaanan ko noon relate na relate ako sa mga sinabi mo. I still remember na sabi ko noon na kung may kakilala akong tao na gustong mag nurse sasabihin ko na wag na kahit na anong course wag lng nursing . Pero looking back. hahahahha hello ate mae, Isa nakong college ngayon so masasagot kona po ang iyong katanungan HAHAHHAAH pinili ko ang nursing kasi una sa lahat GUSTO KO, yung gusto ko na yon madaming meaning. Gusto ko makatulong, Gusto ko mag alaga. But ang pinaka main reason why is that, ayokong nakakakita ng mawalan hahahaha alam kong hindi maiiwasan yon kasi sabi mo sa part 1 makakaencounter ka na yung pasyente mo eh mamamatay, pero ayoko non. that's why I chose nursing. I remember the days na nagtatrabaho pa ako sa ospital....dios ko Lord, 3- 4am pa lang gising na, tapos 5am alis na kasi dapat 30 mins before nasa ospital para sa endorsement kasi 6am ang start ng duty. Pati travel medyo mahirap ... at least ngaun USRN n ako....yeheeyyy... ung sacrifice at struggle is worth it nmn. Pang-international na ang worth natin ngaun...hehehe.... God is good all the time! 😇

Hello junior intern na ako/4th year medical student..oo mahirap, nakakadepressed and sobrang toxic ng environment pero worth it naman basta mahal at gusto mo yung ginagawa mo. Dapat pag kukuha ka ng medicine, gusto mo talaga at masaya ka na nakakatulong sa iba,kasi pag hindi mapipilitan kang magdrop. Marami akong kabatch di nila talaga gusto magdoctor pinilit lang sila ng parents nila tapos ayun kung hindi may multiple failures, kickout or drop out. Basta dapat gusto mo talaga.

It's financially rewarding compared sa ibang hospitals kaso grabe lang yung competition since limited lang ang positions pero try mo lang magsubmit ng resume. 😊

Bilang isang pharmacist, totoo talaga na may ibang botika na nagbebenta ng antibiotic kahit walang reseta. Nakakainis lang kasi ikaw na strict sa pagbibigay ng antibiotic, ikaw pa yung masama sa paningin ng pasyente. Nasabihan na din ako na ang arte ko daw parang SIMPLENG ANTIBIOTIC lang hindi ko mabigay. May reseta sila pero hindi naman na valid. Fully served na ang gamot, uulit pa. Pero kahit ganun, madami pa din namang patient na nakaka appreciate sa trabaho natin nasa medical field. Kailangan kasi natin ang tulong ng government when it comes to awareness and im happy na you’re sharing this here in youtube. 😊 hindi biro yung trabaho natin, buhay ang nakasalalay. Kaya proud ako sa’yo miss mae! Kaya natin ‘to! 🤗

I had pxs din na namatay na na very close to my heart na talaga.. hindi mapipigilan hindi umiyak kasi alam m na story ng buhay nila, bakit sila nagkaganun.. sobrang saya pag nasa medical field.. toxic man pero masaya.. treating pxs as our own family mas mapapadali ang work dba? I was supposedly either an electronics engineering or architecture student post high school at yun lang talaga ang pangarap ko simula bata ako, and my parents had been very supportive, until dumating na yung point na enrollment na, kinausap ako ng masinsinan ng mama ko na I'd better take up nursing. I was brokenhearted at first at di ko pinagigi ang pag aaral ko nung 1st year Nursing pero nung 2nd year na (old curriculum product ako, by the way), I fell in love with anatomy at dun ko na-discover ang passion ko for medical sciences. Then duty days came and I became even more passionate nung nakita ko kung gano kalaking impact ang naidudulot ng nurses at ng iba pang mga health care professionals sa ikagagaling ng mga pasyente. Though I didn't like Nursing and the medical profession at first, eventually na-realize ko na it's a fulfilling career and I am cut out for the medical field. Agree,it’s both ways,they touch you and you will touch them,I work in medical field for 5 years and stop due to my travel,ang mga patient subrang lukot and me trying not to cry cause you know you don’t want them to feel sad kaya smile smile din diba.to make the story short hindi easy to be in the medical field 👩🏻⚕️,yes ang Ganda nang sweldo pero you have to work for at least 8-12 hours a day 3-4 times a week,unlike other job we don’t have regular days off like Christmas kasi pag schedule ka duty ka talaga.kaya salud sa Lahat nang mga Taga medical field workers.

hahahahha hello ate mae, Isa nakong college ngayon so masasagot kona po ang iyong katanungan HAHAHHAAH pinili ko ang nursing kasi una sa lahat GUSTO KO, yung gusto ko na yon madaming meaning. Gusto ko makatulong, Gusto ko mag alaga. But ang pinaka main reason why is that, ayokong nakakakita ng mawalan hahahaha alam kong hindi maiiwasan yon kasi sabi mo sa part 1 makakaencounter ka na yung pasyente mo eh mamamatay, pero ayoko non. that's why I chose nursing. I remember the time na pinersonal message pa kita sa fb how to treat bedsore. Kahit hindi ako nagnursing naranasan ko ang hirap mag alaga ng Patient when my mama becomes bed ridden. Super Thank you sa knowledge na impart mo sakin during that time.

I remember the days na nagtatrabaho pa ako sa ospital....dios ko Lord, 3- 4am pa lang gising na, tapos 5am alis na kasi dapat 30 mins before nasa ospital para sa endorsement kasi 6am ang start ng duty. Pati travel medyo mahirap ... at least ngaun USRN n ako....yeheeyyy... ung sacrifice at struggle is worth it nmn. Pang-international na ang worth natin ngaun...hehehe.... God is good all the time! 😇

Aww thanks for this. Ako kasi suki ako ng hospital (gastroenteritis) and usually in a year, 3-4 ako na eER or worst, na aadmit. Minsan sa sobrang sakit ng tyan ko at antagal ng nurses minsan napapagalitan ko sila. Hayy this is eye opening that napapagod din kayo 😊

Hello junior intern na ako/4th year medical student..oo mahirap, nakakadepressed and sobrang toxic ng environment pero worth it naman basta mahal at gusto mo yung ginagawa mo. Dapat pag kukuha ka ng medicine, gusto mo talaga at masaya ka na nakakatulong sa iba,kasi pag hindi mapipilitan kang magdrop. Marami akong kabatch di nila talaga gusto magdoctor pinilit lang sila ng parents nila tapos ayun kung hindi may multiple failures, kickout or drop out. Basta dapat gusto mo talaga.

It's financially rewarding compared sa ibang hospitals kaso grabe lang yung competition since limited lang ang positions pero try mo lang magsubmit ng resume. 😊

Ang dami kong relate dito though i left the career path already pero nakakamiss parin maging nurse. Very memorable yung 4 yrs na course pati pa yung after ng graduation at mag trabaho na sa hospital. 👍🏻

I enjoyed it ate mae kahit na hindi po ako nursing student or anything medicine related course I enjoyed it ❤ ako naman bet ko mapunta sa field ng pagdo-doctor kaso can't afford. Hi ate im getting nursing course here in Netherlands. Kinuha ko tong course na to kc gusto ko hinde ko nakikia yung sarile ko sa ibang trabaho bukod sa nursing. So i choose this because im happy to helping people especially the senior citizens
