I have been watching several channels on RUclips to find as much "getting started" information as I can. The kit has an SD card pre-loaded with NOOBS, power supply, a case with a cooling fan, two HDMI cables and heat sinks. I have asked a question of a couple of others, but have not received a response, and was hoping you might know the answer to my Pi question. One Pi user has a video describing how the Pi 4 is a great addition to his iPad Pro. He runs the Pi from his iPad through the new USB-C connector (as the iPad Pro uses the USB-C instead of the lightning connector). However, I have the iPad 7th generation that uses the lightning connector, and the question I have been asking is, can I run my Pi 4 from my iPad if I use a lightning-to-USB-C cable? Does the memory card containing the OS,have to be removed after shutting down,or can it be left inserted?
I always leave mine in...whether it's on/or, off. ;-) (That is, unless I wish to run a different OS/in which case I simply swap cards.)

Please do a tutorial on how to install raspian os to a PC
Raspian is based upon Debian www.debian.org/ Download the version written for your processor. You can share it and Windows on the same machine (it's called dual boot) BUT don't try it if you are not sure of what you are doing!!!!! Good luck.
