Reaching 100% profile completeness does not give more free connects, the only ways to get free connects are to get a rising talent badge (my video on that comes out in a few days) or to win job interviews with established clients

You dont need to be top rated, this account I used for the demonstration is a brand new account with zero reviews
As of today, i need to pay connects to accept invites. So invites became just as useless. Oh, more connects are required than for a normal job, lol.

wow you are right. Upwork removed free connects for new accounts until they pay to buy at least 100 connects or until they subscribe to freelancer plus. Thats annoying
I am new to upwork company and I have been registered on Data Analysis but my account under rview because I have no any connector ! How get a Job on Data Analysiss
what do you mean by account under review and what do you mean by no connector? If you say you have not received the 50 free connects, now you only get them after you pay upwork around 20$ to get connects or the premium membership. Has your account been created and approved or not? Im not sure what you mean by "account under review" be more specific and try to develop the habit of using grammarly sentence editing tools or chatgpt to revise your sentences. your english sentences are unclear and contain errors. Make sure every message you send is error-free and that texts on your account are also error free otherwise many clients will ignore your profile. Then spend 20 dollars to get connects, which will unlock your ability to apply to jobs and give you an extra 50 free connects on top of the amount you buy and apply to jobs.

yes absolutely, there are a lot of easy jobs on upwork with no skill or education requirements. I made a video recently I think its called 5 easy upwork jobs for beginners and students... or something like that. You should check it out 🙂

Yeah, it changed name in the dropdown menu last month if I remember correctly. I dont remember the new navbar menu item name in the dropdown menu off the top of my head. But its one of the ones close to the bottom, if you try them all out you will easily find it i'm sure

Will they give me a job if I bid from upwork? Really get the job?
Yes you can get jobs by bidding on Upwork, but its like when you send a resume for a local job. they give you the job if they like you more than the other people who apply for that job. Upwork works almost exactly the same as getting normal jobs in your town. So getting jobs is easy and intuitive, and thats the best thing about it.
@AlecG Does the promo code cost money when it arrives? Which lot Connect Promo code will you get? I just joined but not able to connect. Free link not available. What should I do to get connected, I am in Sri Lanka. How will this money come to Sri Lanka? Will it come directly to the bank?
