This was the first game I ever played in my life, 4 years old. 15 years later, this music hits my nostalgia like a ton of bricks... good freaking job. HYPE!

Lizardcube knows exactly what they're doing with this remake. The music is gorgeous, the sound design incorporates a lot of source material, and it's a pleasure look at the detail and love put into the visuals. Looking forward to playing this even more now!

you guys are amazing. I'm from Argentina and didn't got a chance to Play a master system in my childhood, but still i managed to play Wonder Boy III.
I'm also a musician that tries to listen to any kind of music and Learn. inmediatly when you started showing the tracks i felt the tango vibe from Piazzolla. I'm quite surprised. your work is superb, the music and visuals are stunning! i'm more and more excited to Play your awesome remake!
great job, and again: you guys are amazing. i hope someday i become good enough to work with a team like you :)

This is quite amazing that you can overlap the original SMS song with this and it's perfectly in sync.

These dev diaries are awesome. I recently bought the game on Steam, I recently finished it, and it's really great to see how much love went into this remake. I wasn't even that much of a fan of the original game (it was mostly from watching a friend play), so for me this remake was my first real occasion to play the game... and I really enjoyed it, from start to end. Especially the music. The intro+The Last Dungeon sequence is grandiose, the desert music is catchy, and the dungeon theme will not leave your head.
(well, that, and a bit of French pride XD -- it's good to see French studios produce great games)

As a musician and a huge childhood (and adulthood) fan of the game, words cannot express enough my appreciation for your work. Huge thanks for bringing such a masterpiece to the millennials and in such an exceptional quality and creativity. Really wish I had access to that great OST at this very moment. :)

I'm literally crying to see and hear that you guys have as much love for the game as I do. Hearing those tunes played on actual instruments without losing the touch of the original... your work is absolutely beautiful.
I don't think anyone else could possible do a better job at the remake. I really can't wait.

I really love the hard work going into this game.. At a young age, i played and beat the original and had a life changing experience.. I can't wait for my children to have the same.

I'm now on my 30's, but in the past I played a lot the original series. When I saw this on the Nintendo e-Shop, I was struck with nostalgia and HAD to buy this game. Now that I finished the game, I'd like to say to everyone involved in the creation process that all of you have made an amazing piece of art! I can see how much love was poured into a single remake, something that the big companies out there should learn from. Congratulations for this excellent work, @Dotemu!

(and also, these are the winning number for the Lottery...)

It's great taking creative liberties in the music department, however it's extremely important to match the tone of the levels. So far the new music has come across as more relaxed, as in it fits the credits more rather than being on a adventure facing danger and approaching a dungeon.

GODS, you French people are so incredible fucking arrogant! hahahaha
But this work is indeed a masterpiece. Congratulations to this obviously very talented team!
