Most of the modern watches look the same, all following the same example, trying really hard to fit in with the rest of the crowd! So I do not know how these less known or outright new brands hope to survive: there is zero market differentiation, no distinct brand image, no focus on any particular consumer group, nothing special in terms of quality, or function, or price! Even with these mini- or micro- brands: they are practically indistinguishable from the mass market! So why should I pay $825 for this watch? It is really really boring! Ugh!
Why should anyone buy anything, in that case. And if all modern watches are that indistinguishable from one another, is it smart to pay 8 grand for a watch from one brand when you get the same functionality and premium finishing from something one-tenth the price? Poorly thought out comment, urgh.
Fantastic review. Great job covering the specs (including the weight! No one does that much anymore). And frankly, I’m really happy that you added some “cons” to the review. Not a fan of Tubers just rattling off specs matched to B-footage. I want to hear what the reviewers think! And I also appreciated that you found similar watches to compare it to. Overall, this review was outstanding. On par with those guys that have 100K+ subs. Bravo 🤌
