As far as the adjuster, I took mine to a jeweler and had it adjusted to fit my wrist without having that chain hanging. I agree, it does look cheap with that chain dangling. A jeweler repair person can fix it.

Cartier has some bracelets that have a “dangle” feature. They are in fact, genuine.
