Hi Amber, if your twins are not talking and you are in the U.S., then you can request an evaluation to see whether they qualify for speech therapy. The federal law IDEA 2004 Part C provides rights to therapy for kids identified with a disability. Contact your pediatrician and/or department of health.

my twons are two and a half and are not talking. is there anyway i can show you how they talk? its hard to explain
