Q1) hi Shariq. You Should be able to select all options during the creation process Q2) No, the online option is not available once the listing is created but it has no impact on your listing. I believe this option was only added as part of the process to deter people who are trying to claim a business profile but only operate online

Neither phone verification, nor texting, nor postcard is available anymore to become verified, only business video verification in the united states, you video shows that you are not in the US, and their cam software sucks, you cant zoom in or it gets really blurry, the secret here is to add your business through google maps FIRST, then it will give you the authority to add the business
Wrong! Google still gives the option to verify a listing through different methods. Although video verification has become the default option, other methods are still available. Adding your business through Google Maps first makes zero difference.
Not entirely true. I just created my GMB profile today. It depends on what you select as a business type and business category to begin with. If you don't require clients to visit you, but you visit them, you can verify your account just with your phone number and email address. Although these settings must reflect your actual business. In my case, it does.

If your business operates by providing services at customers' locations (such as home visits), you should avoid listing an address in your Google listing. Doing so violates Google guidelines and could result in your listing being suspended, even though many businesses still do it. Additionally, using virtual office addresses is also against Google's guidelines.

Absolutely. One Google listing per location (as long as the locations fit within Google's guidelines) and a dedicated page on your website for each location so you can link your profile to dedicated pages

I just created a profile for my HVAC service last week and the only given option for verification was to submit a video. I did the 1st video and they rejected. I did the 2nd video and they completely suspended my profile for "Deceptive content" Policy violation. I absolutely didn't do anything that would create a policy violation. I'm a service based business and go to my customers home, and my home office is my business location. Can you please tell me what I did wrong that they suspended my profile? and how come I didn't get any other option for verification other than video? Don't use a virtual office, it's against Google's guidelines and your listing will likely get suspended. Just use your home address and make sure your listing is set up as a service area business

Are you a local business? If so how can you serve multiple states? Filming the street sign is not compulsory. Ultimately google wants to be able to verify your business is legitimate and located where you claim it is so if you can do that in another way then go for it

Based on various tests it would appear that removing your address from your listing will indeed cause your listing to drop. You can however build citation without showing an address if you wish, certain directories do allow the option. It will depend on the competition. 2.5 k seems reasonable enough but if there are dozens of other businesses offering the same service as you within the same radius it will be tough. Also, is your business a physical location or a service area type of business?

If you have a physical address where customers can visit then yes, you can choose physical store. Just make sure that when you claim your google listing this is the address you'll use to verify it

Do you make in person contact with customers? If you don't you're technically not eligible for a listing. A google business profile is for "local" businesses To change a physical store to a service area store you'll just need to remove the address from the listing and set service areas

I have moved and could not send them a video have given them links to RUclips and short vids and everything (the building is to big to catch it all on vid in a timely way). What if you have a storefront and go to the customer? I do Notary mobile services, so sometimes people come to me and I go to them.
Then you're a hybrid type of business. Display your address and add the service area in which you operate as well

It will depend on the competition. 2.5 k seems reasonable enough but if there are dozens of other businesses offering the same service as you within the same radius it will be tough. Also, is your business a physical location or a service area type of business?

If you have a physical address where customers can visit then yes, you can choose physical store. Just make sure that when you claim your google listing this is the address you'll use to verify it

You don't choose the verification method. Google does that for you
After I set up my google list I got this message "Google is processing your verification. It usually takes a few minutes"
So, I waited a few minutes nothing changed. Now it has been few days I still see the same message!

Do you make in person contact with customers? If you don't you're technically not eligible for a listing. A google business profile is for "local" businesses
To change a physical store to a service area store you'll just need to remove the address from the listing and set service areas

Google contacted me and we did a Google Meet and videotaped pretty much everything that you said and at that point within five minutes afterwards I was verified. I’ve been verified for years, but they made me do it again. For what reason I have no idea.

I have moved and could not send them a video have given them links to RUclips and short vids and everything (the building is to big to catch it all on vid in a timely way). I think it is a huge breach in safety to ask videos of entering and business doings btw. Should there be any crazy riots, and things in the future they are going to blast through all the doors easily with mental jail staffs usually working everywhere.
A link to you tube and short vids won't cut it. If you have moved, how can you do business from the place you registered from?
